Item التحول الرقمي للإدارة الجبائية ودوره في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمكلفين بالضريبة - دراسة ميدانية لعينة من موظفي مركز الضرائب لولاية قسنطينة(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ,التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2023-11) سعيدة, سليماني; محمد الأمين, بحاوةنستهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إبراز مدى مساهمة التحول الرقمي للإدارة الجبائية في سياق البيئة الجزائرية لأغراض تحسين جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها الإدارة الجبائية لصالح المكلفين بالضريبة، وكذا الوقوف على طبيعة واتجاه العلاقة بين التوجه نحو التحول الرقمي وتحسين جودة الخدمات الجبائية، ولتحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد استبيان كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة والموزع على عينة مكونة من 35 موظف بمركز الضرائب لولاية قسنطينة، وقد أظهرت النتائج دليل عن توفر مؤشرات عن وجود تحول رقمي وكذا تحسن في جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمكلفين بالضريبة، مما يؤكد وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية وذات دلالة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام ودعم التحول الرقمي بتوفير بنية تحتية ملاءمة لذلك، وتقديم الدعم الفني اللازم لتحقيق خدمات جبائية تتسم بالجودة في صالح المكلف بالضريبةThrough this study, we aim to highlight the extent of the contribution of the digital transformation of the tax administration in the Algerian context for the purposes of improving the quality of services provided by the tax administration for the benefit of taxpayers, as well as standing on the nature and direction of the relationship between the trend towards digital transformation and improving the quality of tax services.
