Item النظام القانوني للسوق المال في الجزائر(جامعة غرداية، كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية، قسم الحقوق, 2023-06-18) بن الناصر, محمد إلياس; عيسى, ابراهيميعد التراث الثقافي مصدر افتخار الأمم والشعوب والدول، فهوحلقة الوصل لإثبات الأصالة والعرق وعلى الهوية الوطنية والانتماء الحضاري لأي أمة، حيث يربط بشخصيتها ويعطيها الطابع الذي يميزها عن غيرها. ولهذا فإن حماية التراث الثقافي مهمة كبيرة تحتاج إلى الجهود الدولية وأيضا لنظام تشريع داخلي للدولة وتعتبر الجزائر من بين الدول الغنية بثورة ثقافية هائلة خلفتها حضارات عديدة، لذلك وضع المشرع الجزائري إطارقانوني ضد الاخطارالتي يتسبب بها الانسان، والتي يأتي على قمتها القانون المتعلق بحماية التراث الثقافي والأجهزة المكلفة لحمايتها. Cultural heritage is a source of pride of nations, peoples and states. It is the link to prove authenticity, ethnicity, national identity, and civilizational belonging to any nation. It is linked to its personality and gives it the character that distinguishes it from others. Therefore, the protection of cultural heritage is a great task that requires international efforts, as well as a system of internal legislation for the state. Algeria is considered among the countries rich in a huge cultural revolution left by many civilizations. That is why the Algerian legislator established a legal framework against the dangers caused by man, on top of which comes the law relating to the protection of cultural heritage and the bodies charged with protecting it.
