Item دور الرقمنة في رفع كفاءة المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) إكرام, بوحادة; حنان, بن ثامرتهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقصي أثر تبني الرقمنة بمختلف أبعادها (البعد التقني، البعد التنظيمي، البعد البشري، البعد البيئي) في رفع كفاءة المؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال دراسة حالة تطبيقية في مؤسسة سونلغاز غرداية، وتم ذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات وقد وزع على عينة من العاملين بالمؤسسة، بلغ عددها (37) استمارة موزعة، تم استرجاع (32) استبيان صالح لتحليل،حيث تمت معالجتها عن طريق برنامج 26SPSS. وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرقمنة بأبعادها على رفع كفاءة المؤسسة الاقتصادية في سونلغاز غرداية وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية للرقمنة بأبعادها على رفع كفاءة المؤسسة الاقتصادية في سونلغاز غرداية؛ عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين إجابة أفراد العينة حول أبعاد الرقمنة تعزى الى المتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، المنصب، الخبرة، الحالة الاجتماعية). This study investigates the impact of digitalization adoption—across its technical, organizational, human, and environmental dimensions—on improving the efficiency of economic enterprises, using Sonelgaz Ghardaia as a case study. A descriptive-analytical methodology was employed, and data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 37 employees within the institution. Of these, 32 valid responses were analyzed using SPSS (Version 26). The key findings include: There is a statistically significant correlation (p ≤ 0.05) between digitalization (and its dimensions) and improved efficiency in the enterprise. Digitalization and its dimensions have a statistically significant effect (p ≤ 0.05) on enhancing the economic enterprise’s efficiency at Sonelgaz Ghardaia. No statistically significant differences were observed in respondents' perceptions of digitalization based on demographic variables (gender, age, education, position, experience, or marital status).Item إدارة الخدمات الصحية دراسة ميدانية متليلي ولاية غرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2023) إكرام, بوحادة; لغراب, سهيلة; نجاة, طالب أحمدهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور إدارة الخدمات الصحية للمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية 18 فيفري متليلي للإجابة على اشكالية بحثنا واختبار صحة فرضياته فقد انتهجنا المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، حيث يتعلق الجانب الوصفي باستع ا رض معلومات نظرية مختلفة حول الخدمات الصحية ، أما الجانب التطبيقي فأنصب بالمقابلة من أهم النتائج: تتميز الخدمات الصحية في للمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية 18 فيفري متليلي بالوضع الإيجابي ولكن توجد ع ا رقيل داخل المصالح خاصة الإستعجالات والإقامة والأكل . The objective of the study is to learn the role of the Health Services Department of the Public Hospital Institution 18 February, Metlili. To answer the problems of our research and test the validity of its hypotheses, we have taken a descriptive and analytical approach, where the descriptive aspect relates to the review of different theoretical information about health services, and the applied aspect is the interview. Among the most important results: The health services of the Public Hospital Corporation 18 February, Metlili are positive but there are obstacles within the private interests Urgency, Residence and Eating. • Health services depend on their availability of material and human resources. الخدمات الصحية تعتمد على مدى توفرها على الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية
