The corporation of the pipe industry in Algeria, and like other economic institutions, shows its interest in the protection of the environment in all its activities and strategies objectives in order to meet the international requirements ISO 14000 to preserve and protect the environment and achieve environment stabilityItem (NAFTAL-SKTM)واقع و آفاق تبني التسويق الأخضر في ظل تحديات حماية البيئة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية -دراسة حالة المؤسستين(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020) ياسين, بلكوبعد تزايد صدى الحديث عن الدشاكل و القضايا التي باتت تواجهها البيئة على غرار مشكل التلوث واستنزاف الثروات والاستغلال الغتَ عقلاني للموا رد , فقد بات اختلال التوازن البيئي يشكل خطرا, خاصة الناجم عن الانبعاثات السّامة التي تصدر من حرق الوقود الأحفوري و مشتقّاتو بكثافة لأغراض الصناعة و توليد الطاقة و وسائل النقل الدتنوعة, لذا أصبح لزاما على الدؤسسات الاقتصادية تدارك الوضع , و وضع حد لذذه الدشاكل التي باتت تهدد توازن النظام البيئي . لذا فان اقرب فلسفة تشد عضد ىذه الدؤسسات و تساعدىا في خلق توازن بتُ برقيق ربحيتها و الحفاظ على البيئة ىي فلسفة التسويق الأخضر وما برملو من أسس للمحافظة على البيئة، حيث تسعى الجزائر جاىدة لوضع استًاتيجيات من اجل حماية البيئة و الحفاظ عليها و حث و دعم الدؤسسات الاقتصادية للتوجو لضو طرح منتجات خضراء و الالتزام بدزيج تسويقي اخضر قدر الإمكان من خلال اطر قانونية و إقرار لرموعة من الضرائب و برستُ الفعالية الطاقوية من خلال اعتماد تدابتَ ترمي إلذ برستُ الفعالية الطاقوية , وىذا ما ظهر من خلال دراستنا لدؤسسة "نفطال" بسعيها لطرح انواع وقود خضراء, وبرنامج للنهوض بالطاقات الدتجددة و ىذا ما اختًناه لظوذجا من خلال دراستنا لدؤسسة "الكهرباء و الطاقات الدتجددة "من خلال الآفاق و البرامج التي تسعى الجزائر إلذ بذسيدىا على أرض الواقع لتقليص انبعاثات الغازاتAfter increasing talk about the problems and issues that the environment is facing, such as the problem of pollution, the depletion of wealth and the irrational exploitation of resources, the imbalance of the environment has become a danger, especially due to toxic emissions emitted from burning fossil fuels and its heavy derivatives for industrial and energy generation purposes And the various means of transportation, so it has become imperative for economic institutions to remedy the situation, and to put an end to these problems that are threatening the balance of the ecosystem. Therefore, the closest philosophy that strengthens these institutions and helps them to create a balance between achieving their profitability and preserving the environment is the philosophy of green marketing and what it holds from the foundations for preserving the environment, as Algeria strives to put strategies in order to protect the environment and preserve and urge and support institutions Economic approach to offering green products and adherence to a green marketing mix as possible through legal frameworks and the adoption of a set of taxes and improving energy efficiency through the adoption of measures aimed at improving energy efficiency, and this is what emerged through our study of the "Petral Foundation" in its endeavor to put out fuels Green, and a program for the promotion of renewable energies. This is what we chose as a model through our study of the "Electricity and Renewable Energies Corporation" through the horizons and programs that Algeria seeks to embody on the ground to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.Item مدى تطبيق التدقيق البيئي في المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية دراسة حالة بعض المؤسسات الصناعية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2015-06-21) محمد, شتوحتواجه مهنة التدقيق في الوقت الحاضر مجموعة من المشكلات البيئية التي ترجع إلى التغييرات والتطورات البيئية الحيطة بها،ونتيجة لنمو الوعي البيئي لدى مختلف أفراد المجتمع فقد أصبحت حماية البيئة من الالتزامات الأساسية التي تسعى المؤسسات الصناعية إلى تحقيقها ،حتى تستطيع الاستمرار في مزاولة نشاطاتها . ونظرا لتوسيع المؤسسات الصناعية فقد يصاحبها عملية التدقيق البيئي داخل المؤسسة وىذا مدا يساعدىا تدقيقا بيئيا للتأكد منها وإعطاء الرأي الفني المحايد بها، فقد كان لابد من أن تنشأ عدة محاولات بحثية في تحديد الكيفية التي يمكن من خلالها القيام بتدقيق البيانات المتعلقة بمساهمات منظمات الأعمال في معالجة التأثيرات السلبية علي البيئة والناتجة عن مدارسات المؤسسات الصناعية لنشاطاتها المختلفة. وأصبحت المؤسسات الصناعية أمام خيار تضمين دراسة الجدوى البيئية ضمن دراسات الجدوى الصناعية لمشاريعها الجديدة أو التوسعية إدخال نظام الإدارة البيئية ضمن نظامها الإداري الكلي والاىتمام بالتدقيق البيئي وذلك لعدم التعرض إلي الضغوط المتزايدة من الأطراف المهتمة بالبيئة والتي تسعى إلي معرفة مدى إيفاء المؤسسات الصناعية بالتزاماتها البيئية وذلك عن طريق الاستعانة بالتدقيق البيئي . وتهدف ىذه الدراسة إلى مدى تطبيق التدقيق البيئي في المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية وقد تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة وذالك باستعمال أساليب إحصائية وخلصت ىذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والمقتًحات و التوصياتFace à la profession de l'audit à l'heure actuelle une série de problèmes environnementaux dus aux changements et aux développements de la prudence de l'environnement, et à la suite de la croissance de la conscience environnementale entre les différents membres de la communauté sont devenus protection de l'environnement des obligations fondamentales des entreprises industrielles cherchent à atteindre, afin qu'ils puissent continuer à exercer ses activités. L'étude a conclu que PLASTUB à Ghardaiaa est conscient de l'importance du diagnostic interne et externe, mais son attention reste focalisée sur certains aspects du diagnostic de l'autre, en raison de l'absence du système d'information qui contribue à fournir l'information nécessaireItem دور الإبتكار التكنولوجي في تسيير النفايات - دراسة لعينة من المؤسسات مراكز الردم التقني بغرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2022) نبيل, دحمان; لحسن, بن عليةThis study seeks to shed light on the activity of technological innovation as a mechanism for the optimal management of waste from the process of collection, lifting and transportation of household waste to its treatment and recycling through a case study of the establishment of the management of technical landfill centers in the state of Ghardaia and the role of technological innovation in this activity during the opening of these centers until the date of the year 2021. In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach with its theoretical and field methods using the interview method as a tool for data collection, and a case study approach in the practical part through a survey study of the institution’s documents in addition to an interview with a number of frameworks and managers inside it, as well as an interview with the institution - one of the contracting parties in the Tescope Foundation . Our study indicated the necessity of technological innovation in this institution in order to devote the best environmentally friendly methods and techniques to reduce the pollution phenomenon and make it a source of income after it was a source of cost in coordination with all actors, especially the civil society.
