Item دراسة العرض والطلب على خدمات النقل الجوي للمسافرين /دراسة ميدانية مؤسسة تسيير المطارات مفدي زكرياء غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) فاطيمة, شائش; دنيا, روانيتناولت الدراسة واقع العرض والطلب على خدمات النقل الجوي في مطار غرداية، وقد إستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث قمنا بتوزيع 30 استمارة استبيان على عينة قصدية متكونة من 30 مسافر، في حين إستخدمنا مقابلة واستهدفنا فيها مدير وبعض من الموظفين ، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود توازن بين العرض والطلب يخضع لنفس الآليات الاقتصادية المعمول بها، مع ملاحظة الهيكلية في السوق التي أثرت على التنافسية وجودة الخدمات،كما أظهرت الدراسة أن مؤسسة تسيير المطارات لها بعض من قيود في البنية التحتية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع استراتيجية شاملة لتطوير القطاع، تشمل تحسين البنية التحتية، وتشجيع دخول شركات طيران جديدة، وزيادة عدد الرحلات وتنويع الوجهات لتلبية احتياجات المسافرين المتزايدةThe study examined the reality of supply and demand for air transport services at Ghardaïa Airport, utilizing a descriptive analytical approach. We distributed 30 survey questionnaires to a purposive sample consisting of 30 employees and travelers. The results indicated a balance between supply and demand governed by the same economic mechanisms in place, with a noted market structure that affected competitiveness and service quality. The study also revealed that the airport management institution faces infrastructure constraints. The study recommended the need for a comprehensive strategy to develop the sector, including improving infrastructure, encouraging the entry of new airlines, increasing the number of flights, and diversifying destinations to meet the growing needs of travelers.Item تقييم جودة خدمات النقل البري للمسافرين من وجهة نظر العملا ء دراسة ميدانية بالمحطة البرية لنقل المسافرين بولاية غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) الحاج بكير, بازينتهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة تقييم جودة خدمات النقل البري للمسافرين من وجهة نظر العملاء بولاية غرداية ، و ذلك في محاولد منا لإبراز أهمية قطاع النقدل في حياتنا اليومية والذي يعد من بين أحد أهدم القطاعات الخدميد في النشاط الاقتصادي، و تم استخدام المنهج الوصدفي لعرض المفدهيم المتعلقة بالدراسد، ومن اجد تحقيق اهداف الدراسة قمنا بتوزيع استبانه على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة مكونة من 80 من المستخدمين النقدل البرية للمسافرين بولاية غرداية وتم استرجاع 70 استبانة قابلة للمعالجة وستخدام برنامج ) SPSS 26 ( و توصلت الدراسة ان المحطدة البرية لنقل المسافرين بولاية غرداية تقدم خدماتها ذات جودة عالية لكل من بعد عرض الخدمة، سهولة الوصول، المدة من وجهة نظر العملاء. This study aims to Assesse the qualité of land transport services for travelers from the point of view of customers in Ghardaïa state, in an attempt to highlight the importance of the transport sector in Our Daily life, whichis one of the Most important service sectors in economic activity, and in ordre to achieve the objectives of the study, we Distributed a questionnaire to A sample of the study population consisted of 80 users of land transportation for travelers in Ghardaïa state, and 70 questionnaires were retrieved That could be processed using the (SPSS 26) program.
