Pour découvrir l’impact et le type de relation entre les variables de l’étude, nous avons mené une étude de terrain au niveau du complexe Saidal , qui a été l’objet d’une enquête sur les opinions des employés via un questionnaire. Finalement, cette étude a conclu que : le complexe Saidal se base sur l’opération audit de qualité de manière à assurer que ses résultats soient corrects, il s’intéresse aussi à l’amélioration de sa performance économique à travers les moyens qu’il met à disposition pour un bon processus de productivité. nous avons également constaté que l’audit de qualité joue un rôle efficace dans l’amélioration de la performance productive de l’entreprise, il est considéré comme un moyen de détection des erreurs qui pourraient exister durant les étapes de production
