    ALPHA PIPE دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين بيئة العمل دراسة حالية في المؤسسة الصناعية

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين بيئة العمل، من خلال التركيز على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: كفاءة بيئة العمل، جودة بيئة العمل، والجوانب التنظيمية والسلوكية داخل مؤسسة صناعية خاصة. تم تطبيق الدراسة ميدانيًا على شركة ALFA PIPE، وهي مؤسسة جزائرية متخصصة في صناعة الأنابيب، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 35 موظفًا من مختلف المستويات الإدارية داخل المؤسسة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام أدوات تحليل إحصائي مثل معامل الارتباط وتحليل الثبات واختبار (T). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر إيجابي دال إحصائيًا لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تعزيز كفاءة الأداء، وتحسين جودة بيئة العمل، وتنظيم الجوانب السلوكية داخل المؤسسة. وأكدت النتائج أن توظيف التكنولوجيا بشكل فعّال يسهم في رفع الإنتاجية، وتسهيل اتخاذ القرارات، وتقليل الأخطاء، مما ينعكس إيجابًا على بيئة العمل ككل>This study aimed to explore the impact of information technology on improving the work environment, focusing on three key dimensions: work environment efficiency, work quality, and organizational and behavioral aspects within a private industrial company. The field study was conducted at ALFA PIPE, an Algerian company specialized in pipe manufacturing. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 35 employees from various administrative levels within the company. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing statistical tools such as correlation analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and t-tests. The findings revealed a statistically significant positive impact of information technology on enhancing performance efficiency, improving the quality of the work environment, and organizing behavioral aspects within the institution. The results confirmed that the effective use of IT contributes to higher productivity, facilitates decision-making, and reduces errors—thus positively influencing the overall work environment .

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجي المعلومات في تحسين جودة التقارير المالية من خلال دراسة حالة في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع غرداية خلال سنة 2025، لأجل ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وأداتي المقابلة والملاحظة وخلصت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: تتعامل مؤسسة سونلغاز مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتحسين جودة التقارير المالية، وهذا من خلال عدة برامج تندرج تحت تكنولوجيا المعلومات وهي GTC, مالية وحساب ، لكن هناك تأخر في مواكبة تطورات هذا المجال، فتعتبر الجزائر متأخرة فيما يتعلق بتطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات. This study aims to explore the role of information technology in improving the quality of financial reporting, through a case study of the Sonelgaz Company – Ghardaïa Branch – during the year 2025. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive methodology was adopted, along with interviews and observations as data collection tools. The study concluded that Sonelgaz utilizes information technology to enhance the quality of its financial reports, through several specialized programs, most notably the GTC system and the "MALIYA and HISAB" software. However, the company—like many Algerian institutions—still lags behind in keeping up with modern developments in the field of information technology, reflecting the broader challenges faced by Algeria in this domain.

    This studyaims to investigate the impact of using information technology on improving the quality of the accounting information system in economic institutions in the Ghardaia province. To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive approachwasadopted, alongwith a case studymethod by designing a questionnaire and distributingit to a sample of 52 employees in the finance and accountingdepartments of threeeconomic institutions (NAFTAL, ALFAPIPE, SONELGAZ). The data wasthenprocessedusing the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) V22.     تقييم استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي -دراسة حالة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسييرغرداية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير- جامعة غرداية،تماستخدام المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعلومات النظرية، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث وزعت 41 استبانة على عينة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والتحقق من فرضياته، وتم معالجة وتحليل بياناتالاستبيان باستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة المتمثلة في برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمهاتواجد علاقة طردية موجبة بين المتغيرين، وتبين عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياعلى الاستبانة تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية عدا الرتبة الوظيفية، بينما وجد أثر لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على جودة التعليم العالي بالكلية محل الدراسة، ومن أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة إنشاء شبكات تواصل مع مختلف الجامعات داخل وخارج الوطن لتبادل الخبرات والمعارف في طرق استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعليم، وضرورة الاهتمام أكثر بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وتوفير متطلباتهاThis study aims to the role of information and communication technology in enhancing the quality of higher education within the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaïa.a descriptive approach was employed to gather theoretical insights.A questionnaire was utilized as the primary data collection tool, with 41 questionnaires distributed among faculty members to achieve the study's objectives and validate its hypotheses. The collected data was processed and analyzed it using appropriate statistical methods such as the SPSS software package "Statistical Package for the Social Sciences". The results indicate a positive correlation between ICT utilization and educational quality, with no statistical discrepancies observed across personal variables, except at the functional level. While acknowledging the impact of ICT on higher education quality, the study recommends, among other measures, the establishment of networks with various universities within and outside the country to facilitate the exchange of experiences and knowledge on integrating technology in education. Furthermore, it underlines the importance of prioritizing ICT and providing the necessary resources to support its implementation

Additionally, it seeks to illustrate the extent of the thorough transformation from the old traditional system to the digital information system within the Human Resources Directorate and some other hospital departments. The study found that the institution is witnessing improvement and acceleration of services for employees, citizens, and patients. Moreover, the institution is undergoing a new phase where networks and modern technological means are prevalent, aiding its transition from a traditional institution to modern digital electronic institutions.     تهدف دراستنا الحالية الى ابراز اثر تكنولوجيا الدعلومات على الاداء الدالي حيث اصبحت تكنولوجيا الدعلومات من اىم العوامل الاساسية التي تسمح للمؤسسة للظفور بدكانة مرموقة في العالم الاقتصادي حيث تعد تكنولوجيا الدعلومات ىي لغة العصر الحديث لدا لذا من استًابذيات وطرق تنمي الاداء الدالي الذي يعتتَ بدوره النقطة الاساسية في الدؤسسة ومن ىذا الاساس تطرقنا في دراستنا ىذه الى معرفة تكنولوجيا الدعلومات والاداء الدالي والتوصل الى طبيعة العلبقة الحقيقة بينهم حيث قمنا بتسليط الضوء على لستلف الدفاىيم النظرية لكل من تكنولوجيا الدعلومات والاداء الدالي وطبيعة العلبقة الجوىرية التي بينهم ولذذا قمنا بإجراء دراسة برليلة في شركة سونلغاز فرع الطاقات الدتجددة SER _غردايةكما تم ،وقد تم توزيع حوالي 50 استبيانا على العينة الدختارة، وتم استًجاع جميع الاستمارات 2 منها غتَ مقبولة وذالك بستخدام برنامج spss في برليل البيانات والاستمارات لعرض دراستنا بشكل توضيحي يسعى الى ادراج تكنولوجيا الدعلومات كاداة بارزة في تاثتَىا على الاداء الدالي في الدؤسسة حيث قمنا باستخدام الدنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري اما في الجانب التطبيقي الدنهج التحليلي من خلبل تصميم الاستبيان الصحيح في ىذه الدراسة وكل ىذا من اجل الوصول الى اغراض دراستنا الفعلية حيث يعتبر الذدف الاساسي في دراستنا ىتو ىو أتر استخدام تكنولوجيا الدعلومات على الأداء الدالي ومن خلبل مايلي توصنا الى لرموعة نتائج وىي : تتمتاز تكنولوجيا الدعلومات باسرعة في الالصاز الاعمال ولذا كفاءة ودقة في ادائها لشا لغعها تقوم بتحستُ الدمتاز للبداء الدالي في الدؤسسة ،تقوم تكنولوجيا الدعلومات بتسهيل التواصل بتُ الدوظفتُ وعالم الاعمال بسرعة وفعالية كبتَة وىدا ينج عنو تبادل افكار الاقتصادية الصحيحة التي تنمي الاداء الدالي،تقوم تكنولوجيا الدعلومات بإزالة مشاكل الوقت والدسافة في الانشطة التجارية للمؤسسة وىذا يسهل عملية البيع والشراء عن طريق الأنتًنت لشا يساعد الدؤسسة على برقيق عوائد مالية كبتَة وتنمية الاداء الدالي لذا،وفي الختَ توصلنا الى لرموعة من التوصيات التي برصلنا عليها من خلبل دراستنا الحالية وىي: تشجيع و تكثيف التكوين في ميدان التكنولوجيا الحديثة بدختلف الدسائل الدادية والبرلرية،توحيد جهود مستَ الدؤسسة في الخروج بقوائم مالية صحيحة دقيقة وذللك بإجراء دورات تدربي في لرال تكنولوجيا الدعلومات ،زيادة الثقافة بالاداء الدالي من اجل فهم الصحيح للقوائم الدالية للموسسة، السعي الى استخدام تكنولوجيا الدعلومات في تك وين اداء الدالي للمؤسسة وذلك عن طريق استخدام استًابذيات وادوات تكنولوجيا الدعلومات في دراسة الاداء الدالي وبرليلو والعمل على برسينو في الدؤسسة الاقتصادية Our current study aims to highlight the impact of information technology on financial performance, as information technology has become one of the most important basic factors that allows an organization to gain a prominent position in the economic world, as information technology is the language of the modern era because of its strategies and methods that develop financial performance, which in turn is considered the basic point in The institution, and on this basis, in this study, we addressed the knowledge of information technology and financial performance and reached the nature of the true relationship between them, as we shed light on the various theoretical concepts of both information technology and financial performance and the nature of the fundamental relationship that exists between them. For this reason, we conducted an analytical study in the Sonelgaz Company, Renewable Energy Branch. SER_Ghardaia As was done, about 50 questionnaires were distributed to the selected sample, and all questionnaires were retrieved, 2 of which were unacceptable. This was done by using the SPSS program in analyzing the data and questionnaires to present our study in an illustrative manner that seeks to include information technology as a prominent tool in its impact on the financial performance of the institution, as we used the approach The descriptive in the theoretical side, while in the applied side the analytical approach through designing the correct questionnaire in this study and all of this in order to reach the purposes of our actual study, as the primary goal in this study is the impact of the use of information technology on financial performance and through the following we arrived at a set of results, which are : : Information technology is characterized by the speed in completing work and its efficiency and accuracy in its performance, which makes it an excellent improvement to the financial performance of the organization. Information technology facilitates communication between employees and the business world with great speed and effectiveness, and this results in the exchange of correct economic ideas that develop financial performance. The problems of time and distance in the institution’s commercial activities, and this facilitates the process of buying and selling via the Internet, which helps the institution achieve great financial returns and develop its financial performance. In good news, we have reached a set of recommendations that we obtained through our current study, which are: Encouraging and intensifying training in the field Modern technology in various physical and programming issues, unifying the efforts of the institution’s path to produce correct and accurate financial statements by conducting training courses in the field of information technology, increasing the culture of financial performance in order to correctly understand the institution’s financial statements, seeking to use information technology in shaping the institution’s financial performance by By using information technology strategies and tools to study, analyze, and work to improve financial performance in the economic institution.

    تقييم استخدام التقنيات الحديثة للتخطيط الاستراتيجي دراسة ميدانية البنك الجزائري الخارجي BEA وكالة غرداية

    تهدف الدراسة الي تقييم الاستخدام التقنيات الحديثة للتخطيط الاستراتيجي وابراز مدى مساهمة تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة لتخطيط استراتيجي داخل البنك الجزائري الخارجي الى تطورها والصعوبات التي تواجهها. وعليه من اجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار وكالة البنك الخارجي لولاية غاردية كعينة للدراسة الميدانية وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي لتحليل البيانات المحصل عليها من الاستبيان من خلال توزيع على الموظفين. وعليه تم الخروج ببعض النتائج نذكر منها: القضاء على الخدمات التقليدية، سعي البنك لكسب الرضا الزبائن من خلال توفير احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم، العمل على الحد من الصعوبات التي تواجه البنك في استخدام التقنيات الحديثة لتخطيط استراتيجي L'étude vise à évaluer l'utilisation des techniques modernes de planification stratégique et à mettre en évidence l'apport des technologies modernes au sein de la Banque algérienne étrangère et de planification à son développement et les difficultés auxquelles elle est confrontée. En conséquence, afin d'atteindre l'objectif de l'étude, l'agence bancaire externe de l'état de Ghardaïa a été choisie comme échantillon pour l'étude de terrain, et l'approche descriptive a été suivie pour analyser les données obtenues à partir du questionnaire en le distribuant à tous employés.     يهدف هذا البحث إلىدراسة واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية بصفة عامة و مديرية الزفت لمؤسسة نفطال في غرداية بصفة خاصة، حيث تعتبر تكنولوجيا المعلومات محل اهتمام كل المؤسسات الاقتصادية وذلك لمالها من أثر على جودة المعلومة المالية، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتحليل ماجاءت به الدراسات السابقة والمراجع المتخصصة حول الموضوع وللاجابة على الاشكالية المطروحة تم إعتماد المقابلة في جمع المعلومة لانها أكثر واقعية نظرا لطبيعة الموضوع وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها إبراز مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين جودة المعلومة المالية باستخدام مجموعة من الأنظمة المحاسبية المطورة . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات سائد بدرجة معتبرة ، كما أن هذه الأخيرة تؤثر على جودة المعلومة المالية، ولأن استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتطورها بشكل متسارع يوما بعد يوم أدى إلى تغيير مستمر وسريع في تكنولوجيا التجميع والإدخال والمعاجلة وإعداد التقارير المالية، وبالتالي المساهمة في تفعيل جودة المعلومات المالية.     هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة بين البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات وجودة الخدمات المقدمة من طرف مؤسسة بريد الج ا زئر والدور الذي تلعبه هذه التكنولوجيا في زيادة جودة خدمات البريد، وذلك من اجل التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات من خلال الد ا رسة الميدانية التي قام بها الباحث على فرع من فروع مؤسسة بريد الج ا زئر محل الد ا رسة. ولتحقيق اهداف الد ا رسة تم تصميم استمارتي استبيان . تم توزيع الاستمارة الأولى على عملاء مؤسسة بريد الج ا زئر ببريان ولاية غرداية وهدفت لقياس أبعاد جودة الخدمة البريدية في مؤسسة البريد محل الد ا رسة من وجهة نظر العملاء، أما الاستمارة الثانية فوزعت على الموظفين في مؤسسة بريد الج ا زئر ببريان ولاية غرداية بهدف قياس استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات من وجهة نظر الموظفين في المؤسسة . توصلت الد ا رسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة معنوية بين استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأبعاد جودة الخدمة المتمثلة في (: بُعد المادية الملموسة، بُعد الاعتمادية، بُعد الاستجابة، بُعد الضمان، بُعد التعاطفThis work aimed to study the relationship between technological infrastructure and the quality of services provided by the Algeria Post, and the role this technology in increasing the quality of this services, in order to have a set of results and recommendations through the field study carried out by the researcher on one of the branches Algeria Postal Corporation under study. To achieve the objectives of the study, two questionnaires were redacted. The first one was distributed to the customers of the Algeria Post in Berriane, Ghardaia, and aimed to measure the الملخص IV dimensions of the quality of the postal services from the customer’s point of view.
