Item فعالية التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظرالطلبة -دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية-(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2023) مريم, غزالCette étude vise à déterminer l'efficacité de l'enseignement à distance à la lumière de la propagation de la pandémie de Coronavirus selon le point de vue des étudiants universitaires ; et d’examiner l'impact de cette pandémie sur l'éducation universitaire. Le programme descriptif analytique a été utilisé avec un questionnaire appliqué à un échantillon de cinquante et un étudiants des deux sexes, de l'Université de Ghardaïa dans la période qui va de 2019-2021. En utilisant le programme spss20 pour analyser et discuter les données collectées. L’étude a résumé que, du point de vue des étudiants, l’enseignement à distance a été efficace de façon importante pendant la pandémie de coronavirus mais son succès reste lié à la bonne maîtrise des nouvelles technologies de l’enseignement. Toutefois, les difficultés signalées se trouvent dans le degré d’assimilation du cours. Les résultats montrent qu’il n’y a aucune différence statistiquement significative à un niveau moral de 0,05 au sujet de l'efficacité de l'enseignement à distance compte tenu de la pandémie de coronavirus en raison de variables modérées (sexe, âge, niveau de scolaritéItem تأثيرجائحة كورونا على الميزان التجاري –دراسة حالة الجزائر- دراسة تحليلية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) دليلة, بن حديدتهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل أثر جائحة (كورونا كوفيد– 19) على الميزان التجاري الجزائر، وتسليط الضوء على أهم الإجراءات والتدابير الوقائية التي اتخذتها الحكومة الجزائرية من أجل احتواء الجائحة ومدى فعاليتها. وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن جائحة كورونا أثرت بشكل سلبي على الاقتصاد العالمي بصفة عامةوالاقتصاد الجزائري بصفة خاصة، وتسببت في توقف وتراجع معظم الأنشطة الاقتصادية خاصة قطاع الطاقة الذيتراجعت مداخيله إلى النصف نتيجة انهيار أسعار النفط،وباعتباره المورد الأساسي للجزائر مما أدى إلى تراجع رصيد الميزان التجاري في بداية الجائحة، وهذا راجع إلى أن الاقتصاد الجزائري هو اقتصاد ريعي يعتمد في إيراداته على قطاع المحروقات بنسبة كبيرة، ومن أجل التصدي لهذه الأزمة اتخذت الحكومة بعض السياسات التي اتسمت بالمرونة وأدت لانتعاش بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية تزامنا مع عودة ارتفاع أسعار النفط This study aims to analyze the impact of the covid – 19 pandemic on Algeria's trade balance, as well as shed light on the most important preventive measures and measures taken by the Algerian government in order to contain the pandemic and the extent of its effectiveness. Through this study, we found that the effects of the Corona pandemic were severe on society, but the economic institution Alphabeb had an effective role in reducing its effects and limiting its consequences as a result of the measures taken by it, and in order to benefit locally from some of the leading international experiences of the role of economic institutions in social responsibility. When the Naftal Corporation established a procedure to supply payment cards remotely to limit the circulation of money by hand to avoid the spread of the Corona epidemic, and the electronic system helped to meet the needs of all those dealing with the Naftal Company, to avoid the hassle of moving to commercial agencies, eliminating overcrowding and queues in front of windows, and facilitating financial services, And saving time and effort for customers, the electronic system also helped to identify petroleum products, and gave great attention to the needs and aspirations of various parties and customers.Item أثر الالتزام الوظيفي على الأداء التنظيمي في المنظمة في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2022) أسماء, روانييهدف البحث للتعرف على الموضوع الإلتزام الوظيفي وأثره على الأداء التنظيمي للعاملين في ظل جائحة كورنا في المؤسسة العمومية ولإثراء البحث العلمي حول الموضوع حيث تركز على أهم أبعاد إلتزام أخلاقيات المهنة التي تأثر بشكل جيد على الأداء التنظيمي في المؤسسة المدروسة وقمنا بإسقاط الدراسة على عين من جامعة غرداية وقدرت العينة ب 414 وكانت العينة عشوائية كما دم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss للمعالجة وتحليل البيانات وإختبارات والفرضيات ومناقشتها كما اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي خيث توصلنا إلى النتائج أهمها هناك تأثير إيجابي متوسط لإلتزام نحو الزملاء على الأداء التنظيمي هناك تأثير إيجابي متوسط لإلتزام نحو الموظفين على الأداء التنظيمي هناك تأثير إيجابي متوسط لإلتزام نحو المرؤسيين على الأداء التنظيمي هناك تأثير إيجابي متوسط لإلتزام نحوالمجتمع المحلي على الأداء التنظيمي هناك تأثير إيجابي متوسط لإلتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة إتجاه المهنة على الأداء التنظيميItem قياس مدى فاعلية خدمة التعليم الهجين في تحسين مستوى التحصيل المعرفي(جامعة غرداية, 2022) نوال, صديقيهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس مدى فاعلية خدمة التعليم الهجين في تحسين مستوى التحصيل المعرفي ، من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعة غرداية ، فتطبيق التعليم الهجين بالجامعات أصبح ضروريا في ظل الأزمة العالمية ( جائحة كورونا واشتراط إجراءات التباعد الجسدي في التعليم. و انتهجت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي حيث يساعدنا على جمع البيانات، والمعلومات الكافية والدقيقة عن هذا الموضوع . ولجمع البيانات تم تطوير استبيان إلكتروني إلى طلبة جامعة غرداية وكانت عينة الاستبيانممثلة في 160 طالب . مستعملين في ذلك البرنامج الإحصائي 22SPSS ، و تم التأكد من صدق وثبات الاستبيان بنسبة 0.891 لمقياس التعليم الهجين و0.870 لمقياس التحصيل الدراسي وتعبر النتائج على مستوى ممتاز من الثقة والثبات، وهذا يعني أن هناك استقرار بدرجة عالية في نتائج الاستبيان،حيثأنالتعليمالهجينأصبحضروريافيظلجائحةكوروناوالتعليمالإلكترونيساعدةعلىمباشرةالدراسةخلالأزمةكوفيد19 ،وإمكانيةالدراسةبواسطةعدةأدواتدونإجباريةحظورالطالبإلىالجامعةمنأجلسلامةالجميع The current study aimed to measure the effectiveness of the hybrid education service in improving the level of cognitive achievement, from the point of view of the students of the University of Ghardaia, as the application of hybrid education in universities has become necessary in light of the global crisis (the Corona pandemic and the requirement of physical distancing measures in education. The study followed the descriptive approach where it helps us To collect data, and sufficient and accurate information on this subject, and to collect data, an electronic questionnaire was developed for the students of the University of Ghardaia, the sample of the questionnaire was represented by 160 students. Using the 22SPSS statistical program, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed by 0.891 for the hybrid education scale and 0.870 for the academic achievement scale. This study aims to identify the most important obstacles to the application of e-learning in light of the Corona pandemic at the University of Ghardaia from the perspective of teachers and to know the differences between their vision according to the variables of the study, where we used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire tool was used to know the trends of the target sample regarding the subject, where it was applied A questionnaire on a sample of professors of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Commercial Sciences at the University of Ghardaia, whose number was (37) professors and professors, 10 females and 27 males. A statistic at a significant level of α≤ 0.05, work pressures on Algerian institutions in light of the Corona pandemic.Item مساهمة الكفاءات البشرية في إدارة التغيير في ظل جائحة كورونا ) د ا رسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سليمان عميرات ولاية تقرت((جامعة غرداية, 2022) راضية, جلود; أحلام, شنتوفتناولت هذه الدراسة بالتحليل مساهمة الكفاءات البشرية في إدارة التغيير في ظل جائحة كورونا في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سليمان عميرات بولاية ت وقرت، وتهدف إلى معرفة دور الكفاءات البشرية في عملية التغيير وإدارته وقيادته، حيث تطرقنا إلى موضوع الكفاءات بأبعاده الثلاثة لإثبات فرضيات الدراسة معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف الجوانب المتعلقة بالكفاءات البشرية وإدارة التغيير، وقمنا بإسقاط الجانب النظري على الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة في دراسة حالة في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية، ولقد استخدمنا الاستبانة كأداة لمعرفة توجهات أفراد العينة حيث تم توزيع 60 استبانة وتم استرجاع 50 منها كلها صالحة للدراسة، وقد تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS نسخة 26 ، كما قمنا بإجراء مقابلة مع مدير الموارد البشرية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة لإعطاء الدراسة أكثر مصداقية، وتوصلنا في نهاية الدراسة إلى إثبات فرضية الدراسة وهي وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية لمساهمة الكفاءات البشرية في إدارة التغيير في ظل جائحة كورونا في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سليمان عميرات بولاية ت وقرت This study dealt with the topic of the contribution of human competencies in managing change in light of Corona in the public hospital institution, Suleiman Amirat, and the aim of it is to know the important role of human competencies in the change process, its management and leadership So we touched on the issue of competencies in its three dimensions to prove the hypotheses of the study, relying on the descriptive analytical approach to describe the aspects related to human competencies الملخص and change management.
