Item نظام الترقية والتحفيز في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة البنك الوطني الجزائري – غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025-05-22) أكرم, مامين; صالح, كفوستهدف د ا رستنا إلى تحليل تأثير نظام الترقية والتحفيز على أداء ورضا الموظفين في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وقد تم تطبيقها في بنك بولاية غرداية . اعتمدت الد ا رسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع وتصنيف وتحليل البيانات، وتم تقسيمها إلى ثلاثة فصول. توصلت النتائج إلى أن المؤسسة تعتمد بشكل أساسي على الأداء الوظيفي والكفاءة المهنية في الترقية، وأن وجود نظام عادل وشفاف للتحفيز يؤدي إلى رفع مستوى رضا الموظفين وزيادة الت ا زمهم بأهداف المؤسسة. كما أثبتت الد ا رسة أن التحفيز المادي والمعنوي يساهم بشكل فعال في تحسين إنتاجية الموظفين وتعزيز بيئة العمل الإيجابية، رغم وجود تأثير للعلاقات الشخصية في بعض ق ا ر ا رت الترقيةOur study aims to analyze the impact of the promotion and incentive system on employee performance and satisfaction in economic institutions. It was applied at a bank in the state of Ghardaia. The study relied on the descriptive-analytical method to collect, classify, and analyze data and was divided into three chapters. The results showed that the institution primarily depends on job performance and professional competence for promotions, and that having a fair and transparent incentive system leads to higher employee satisfaction and increased commitment to the institution's goals. The study also demonstrated that both material and moral incentives effectively contribute to improving employee productivity and enhancing a positive work environment, despite the influence of personal relationships in some promotion decisionsItem أثر تسيير الخزينة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية د ارسة حالة المديرية الجهوية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز - وحدة ورقلة - خلال الفترة 2016-2018(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2019-09-11) عبد الرحمان, بصالحتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى أبراز أثر تسيير الخزينة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال البحث في العلاقة بين الخزينة والأداء المالي في المؤسسة من الجانب النظري. تدعيما لذالك قمنا بإجراء دراسة حالة على شركة سونلغاز وحدة ورقلة، لتحديد الأثر المترتب عن تسيير الخزينة على أدائها، بالاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ، أما الجانب التطبيقي اعتمدنا على دراسة مختلف النسب والمؤشرات المالية، تحليل جدول تدفقات الخزينة لسنوات الدراسةThis study aims to highlight the impact of treasury management on the financial performance of the economic institution through research into the relationship between the treasury and financial performance in the institution from the theoretical side. To support this, we conducted a case study on Sonelgaz unit Ouargla, to determine the impact of treasury management on its performance, using the descriptive approach in the theoretical side, while the application side relied on the study of various ratios and financial indicators, analysis of the table of treasury flows for the years of study. The study concluded by diagnosing the financial situation of Sonelgaz Company and its findings that the institution enjoys a financial performance consistent with its financial position as the company enjoys full monopoly of various economic activities, but the institution must give the utmost importance to the treasury, in order to avoid falling into deficit. توصلت الدراسة من خلال تشخيص الوضعية المالية لشركة سونلغاز، والنتائج المتوصل إليها أن المؤسسة تتمتع بأداء مالي يتماشى مع المركز المالي لها كون الشركة تتمتع بالاحتكار التام لمختلف نشاطاتها الاقتصادية، لكن وجب على المؤسسة إعطاء الأهمية البالغة للخزينة، تفاديا للوقوع في العجز
