Item (SAA) واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية و التحول الرقمي في قطاع التأمين : دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للتأمين(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ,التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2023-11) عمر الفاروق, زرقون; مراد, حجاجتهدﻑ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇلى ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻗﻊﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ في ﻗﻄﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣين ﺑﺎلجﺰﺍﺋﺮﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﺃﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺣﻮﻝﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣينﻭﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ، ثمﺍﻟﺘﻄﺮﻕﺇلىﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲفي ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﻮﻃﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﺄﻣين محﻞ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ، ﻭﺧﺮﺟﺖ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ بمﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﺃهمﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺷﺮﻛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣين تمﺎﺭﺱﻧﺸﺎﻃﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣﻴني ﻭﺗﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ في ﻣﻌﺎلجﺔمخﺘﻠﻒ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻭﺍلمﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﺍلمحﺎﺳﺒﻴﺔﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﻨﻴﺔﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺁﻟﻴﺎ، ﻣﻊ ﺗﻮﻓير ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺳﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﻭﺁﻣﻨﺔ، ﻭﻛﺬﺍ تحﺴين ﺟﻮﺩﺓ ﺍلخﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺍلمﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻼﺀ ﻭﺍلمﻮﺍﻃﻨين ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﺟﻞ ﺍتخﺎﺫ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔThis study aims to investigate the implementation of electronic management and digital transformation in the insurance sector in Algeria. It starts by understanding the basic concepts of insurance, electronic management, and digital transformation. It then examines the current application of digital transformation in the National Insurance Company, the case study of this research. The study reveals several findings, including the fact that insurance companies in Algeria use technology to process various accounting and technical data automatically, providing quick and secure financial services. Additionally, it improves the quality of services offered to customers and citizens, as well as facilitates decision-making processes for the state.Item الادارة الالكترونية كآلية لتعزيز وضمان جودة الخدمات المصرفية، دراسة حالة بنك الخليج الجزائر-وكالة ورقلة(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ,التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2023) محمد العيد, صلوحتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تعزيز وضمان جودة الخدمات المصرفية، في ظل تطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات، مما يستدعي ضرورة مواكبة البنوك لها والتحول الى استخدام الوسائل الالكترونية من أجل تقديم خدمات مصرفية بجودة عالية تمكنها من الاستمرار في هذا الميدان شديد التنافس . و لمعالجة هذا الموضوع تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، ومنهج دراسة حالة على بنك الخليج-وكالة ورقلة في الجانب التطبيقي، وقد توصـلت الدراسة الى هذا البنك يستخدم الإدارة الالكترونية في معاملاته البنكية ويوفر جملة من الخدمات الالكترونية لعملائه، وتبقـى الجودة في تقديم هذه الخدمات بمختلف أبعادها تحد يفرض عليه العمل الكثير من أجـل منافسة البنوك التي تعتبر الجودة أساس تقديم كل خدمة مصرفية الكترونيThis study aims to highlight the role of electronic management in enhancing and ensuring the quality of banking services, in light of the development of information technology, which necessitates the need for banks to keep pace with it and to shift to the use of electronic means in order to provide banking services of high quality that enable them to continue in this highly competitive field. To address this issue, the descriptive approach was used on the theoretical side, and a case study approach on the Gulf Bank Agency Ouargla on the applied side. Its dimensions are a challenge that requires a lot of work to compete with banks, which consider quality the basis for providing every electronic banking service. .
