It starts by understanding the basic concepts of insurance, electronic management, and digital transformation. It then examines the current application of digital transformation in the National Insurance Company, the case study of this research. The study reveals several findings, including the fact that insurance companies in Algeria use technology to process various accounting and technical data automatically, providing quick and secure financial services. To achieve this, a questionnaire was used to gather data from 35 employees in Constantine's state tax, The results showed evidence of the availability of indicators of digital transformation as well as an improvement in the quality of services provided to taxpayers, which confirms that there is a strong significant correlation. the study recommended the necessity of paying attention and supporting the digital transformation by providing an appropriate infrastructure for that, and providing the necessary technical support to achieve the quality tax services in favor of the taxpayer..Item تجربة دولة قطر كنموذج رائد على المستوى العربي في مجال التحول الرقمي" الواقع والتحديات(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ,التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2023-11) أحمد, نصير; بشير, بن موسىتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التجربة القطرية في مجال التحول الرقمي و،تعتبر قطر كنموذج رائد على المستوى العربي في مجال التحول الرقمي، وذلك من خلال ، توفير الأطر التشريعية والمؤسسية الداعمة للاقتصاد الرقمي؛ الاهتمام بتطوير وتحديث البنية التحتية الرقمية؛ صياغة الاستراتيجيات الرقمية؛ الاعتماد على المؤشرات والممارسات العالمية، وتشمل هذه الاستراتيجية للفترة 2021 – 2026 ما توصلت إليه التكنولوجيا في مجال الحكومة الرقمية، إضافة لمبادرات متخصصة مثل استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي والبلوك تشين وخدمات رقمية ذكية وتطبيقات مبتكرة تعمل على تحسين الجوانب المختلفة لحياة الأفراد والشركات، وذلك من خلال حكومة تعتمد على البيانات الضخمة والتحليلات وذكاء الأعمالThis study aims to shed light on the Qatari experience in the field of digital transformation. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are : Islamic banks can benefit from digitization consistent with Islamic Sharia, and thus the services provided meet customer needs at a low cost. AlSalam Bank provides great importance to digital transformation within its strategy, but there are some challenges that hinder the development of banks. Islamic issues include the digital divide and information asymmetry.Item التحول الرقمي وتحديات الإدارة الإلكترونية في عصر التكنولوجية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ,التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2023-11) حمزة, بهازﺗﻌﺪ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺍلمﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﺍلحﺎسمﺔ ﺍﻟتي ﺃﺻﺒﺤﺖ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺃهمﻴﺔ ﻣﺘﺰﺍﻳﺪﺓ في ﺍﻟﻌﺼﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻲ،ﺑﻴﻨﻤﺎ ﺗﺘﻨﻘﻞ ﺍلمﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕ في ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ ﺍلمﺘﻄﻮﺭ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭ، ﻓﺈﺎ ﺗﺴﻌﻰ ﺇلى ﺗﺴﺨير ﺍﻷﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺳﺘﺮﺍﺗﻴﺠﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﺴين ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺎ، ﻭﺗﻌﺰﻳﺰ تجﺎﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻼﺀ، ﻭﺍلحﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﺪﺭﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺎﻓﺴﻴﺔ في ﺑﻴﺌﺔ ﺃﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺳﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻐير،ﻭفي ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺗﺴﻠﻴﻂ ﺍﻟﻀﻮﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻮﺍﻧﺐ ﻣﺘﻌﺪﺩﺓ في مجﺎﻝ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ،ﻳﺘﻢ تحﻘﻴﻖ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﻫﺪﺍﻑ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ تحﻠﻴﻞ مجﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍلمﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻈﺮﻳﺎﺕ ﺍلمﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺬﻳﻦ ﺍﺎﻟين ﺍلمﺘﻘﺪﻣين،ثم ﺗﺴﻠﻴﻂ ﺍﻟﻀﻮﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍلجﻮﺍﻧﺐ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﻺﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ، ثم ﺍﺳﺘﻌﺮﺍﺽ ﺍلمﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﻠﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ، ﻭ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﻛﻴﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ تحﺪﻳﺪ مجﺎﻻﺕ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ في ﺍلمﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕ، ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇلى ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍلمﻌﻮﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟتي ﻗﺪ ﺗﻌﻮﻕ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ،ﻭفي ﺍﻷﺧير ﺧﺎتمﺔ ﻧﺴﺘﻌﺮﺽ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺃﻫﻢ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻨﺘﺎﺟﺎﺕ ﻣﻊ ﺗﻘﺪيم ﺗﻮﺻﻴﺎﺕ في ﺍلمﻮﺿﻮﻉElectronic management and digital transformation are critical concepts that have become increasingly important in the technological age. As organizations navigate the ever-evolving technology landscape, they seek to harness digital tools and strategies to improve their operations, enhance customer experiences, and maintain their competitiveness in a rapidly changing business environment. In this study, multiple aspects in the field of electronic management and digital transformation will be highlighted, These goals will be achieved by analyzing a set of concepts and theories related to these two advanced fields, then highlighting the basic aspects of electronic management and digital transformation, then reviewing the concepts related to electronic management. And digital transformation, and the focus is on identifying the areas of application of electronic management in institutions, in addition to identifying the obstacles that may hinder the process of implementing electronic management, and finally a conclusion in which we review the most important conclusions and provide recommendations on the subjec.
