It starts by understanding the basic concepts of insurance, electronic management, and digital transformation. It then examines the current application of digital transformation in the National Insurance Company, the case study of this research. The study reveals several findings, including the fact that insurance companies in Algeria use technology to process various accounting and technical data automatically, providing quick and secure financial services. Additionally, it improves the quality of services offered to customers and citizens, as well as facilitates decision-making processes for the state.
