Which requires the development of academic performance in the accounting field and the promotion of awareness of these challenges imposed by reality, through appropriate strategies that contribute to achieving the academic quality of accounting teaching methods, which helps educational institutions in facing the challenges of change and building educational programs based on the refinement of skills and creative innovations that are compatible with the professional field of accountability.Item دور التعليم المحاسبي في تحسين جودة المعلومة المالية دراسة ميدانية(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 23/06/2025) مراد مسعود, سعداوي; جمال الدين, بكيري; محمد بلقايد, خملولهدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التعليم المحاسبي في تحسين جودة المعلومة المالية ، وللإجابة على التساؤلات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة ، اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في إظهار وتوضيح الجانب النظري من خلال الدراسات السابقة والتأصيل المعرفي لمتغيرات الدراسة ، وتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج spss وذلك بعد إجراء مسح وتوزيع الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : يساهم التعليم المحاسبي في تطوير المهارات الشخصية والفكرية للطالب ؛ يساهم التعليم المحاسبي في سد الفجوة القائمة بين التعليم النظري والواقع المهني ، الأمر الذي ينعكس ايجابا على جودة المعلومة المالية The study aimed to highlight the role of accounting education in enhancing the quality of financial information. To address the research questions and test the study’s hypotheses, the researchers adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to present and clarify the theoretical framework through previous studies and the conceptual foundation of the study variables. The field study results were analyzed, and hypotheses were tested using SPSS software, following a survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to the study sample. The study reached several key findings, the most important of which are: • Accounting education contributes to the development of students’ personal and intellectual skills. • Accounting education helps bridge the gap between theoretical learning and professional practice, which positively impacts the quality of financial information.Item دور إصلاح منظومة التعليم العالي المحاسبي في تعزيز جودة مهنة المحاسبة في الجزائر-دراسة تحليلية من منظور الأكاديميين والمهنيين-"(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 23/06/2025) شهيندة, غضبان; غنية, بن حركوتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور إصلاح منظومة التعليم العالي المحاسبي في تعزيز جودة مهنة المحاسبة في الجزائر، وذلك من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين والمهنيين. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم إعداد استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة مكونة من 30 فرداً من الأكاديميين المتخصصين في المحاسبة و المهنيين المحاسبيين. وقد تم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامجSPSS v27. ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوىα = 0.05بين تحديث المناهج والبرامج المحاسبية وجودة مهنة المحاسبة في الجزائر. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات، من أهمها ضرورة إشراك الهيئات المهنية في عملية إصلاح وتحديث المناهج والبرامج المحاسبية، بما This studyaims to highlight the role of reforming the higheraccountingeducation system in enhancing the quality of the accounting profession in Algeria, from the perspective of academics and professionals. This is done by analyzing various previous studies in the subject literature, relying on content analysis methodology and documentary research as a tool for data collection. The aim of this paper is to study the contribution of digital technology to quality development and the Algerian government's efforts to introduce the concept of digital technology into its healthcare system. The results of the study show that digital technology has the potential to revolutionize healthcare by, improving access, data management, diagnosis and treatment, ultimately leading to better quality healthcare services. The Algerian experience shows the potential benefits of digital technology in healthcare. Tackling the challenges is essential to reap the full benefits of digital health services for the Algerian population. In conclusion, it’s essential to address issue of confidentiality, security and equitable access so that all patients can benefit from advantages of digital technology.Item دور الادارة الالكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية في الجزائر ( وزارة الداخلية والجماعات المحلية أنموذجا )(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2023-11) حمزة, بن خليفةتهدف هاته الورقة البحثية الى التعرف على دور الادارة الالكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية في الجزائر وكذا ابراز الدوافع التحول إلى الإدارة الالكترونية، وأمام محيط يعرف تحولات متواصلة تجد الإدارة نفسها بكل مكوناا مجبرة على مواكبة هذا التطور لارتقاء بجودة الخدمات العمومية من خلال رفع مستوى الخدمات وتبسيط الاجراءات ، وعلى هذا الاساس تبنت العديد من الادارات في الدول المتقدمة او النامية فكرة الثورة الرقمية ، ولمعرفة مدى مساهمة ودور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية تم تسليط الضوء على وزارة الداخلية والجماعات المحلية كنموذج لتطبيق الادارة الالكترونية ،باعتبارها من الاستراتيجيات التي تقرب الادارة من المواطن وهو ما انعكس جليا في الآليات التي انتهجتها وزارة الداخلية والجماعات المحلية لتحسين جودة خدماا، مثل مشروع بطاقات التعريف الوطني الالكترونية البيومترية ، وجوازات السفر الالكترونية البيومترية ورخصة السياقة البيومترية الالكترونية ....الخThis research paper aims to identify the role of electronic administration in improving the quality of public services in Algeria, as well as to highlight the motivations for the transition to electronic administration. In the face of an environment that knows continuous transformations, the administration finds itself with all its components forced to keep pace with this development in order to improve the quality of public services by raising the level of services and simplifying Procedures, and on this basis, many administrations in developed or developing countries have adopted the idea of the digital revolution, and to know the extent of the contribution and role of electronic administration in improving the quality of public services, the Ministry of Interior and local authorities were highlighted as a model for applying electronic administration, as one of the strategies that brings administration closer to the citizen.
