Item التنمر المدرسي وعلاقته بالتحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ المتنمر عليهم في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط(جامعة غرداية, 2024) أسماء, بن عبد الهاديتدور مشكلة دراستنا حوؿ ظاىر التنمر وعلبقتها بالتحصيل الدراسي للتلبميذ الدتنمر عليهم في مرحلة التعليم الدتوسط حيث ىدفت الدراسة الذ التعرؼ على ماىية ىذه العلبقة عند التلبميذ الدتنمر عليهم بمتوسطة الشهيدة قريدة فاطنة ، و قد حاولنا معالجة ىذا الدوضوع من خلبؿ طرح التساؤؿ العاـ التالر : ىل توجد علاقة بين التنمر المدرسي كالتحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ المتنمر عليهم في مرحلة التعليم The problem of our study revolves around the phenomenon of bullying and its relationship to the academic achievement of bullied students in the middle school stage. The study aimed to identify the nature of this relationship among bullied students at the martyr Quraidah Fatna middle school. We have tried to address this topic by asking the following general question Is there a relationship between school bullying and the academic achievement of bullied students in middle school? Then we set partial hypotheses and a general hypothesis stating: There is a relationship between school bullying and the academic achievement of bullied students in the middle school stage. To achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the descriptive approach, and relied on observation and an interview form consisting of 28 questions divided into Three basic axes, which we applied to distribute them to 77 male and female students at multiple levels in the institution, and we were chosen to design them. After applying two study tools to examine the data obtained, it was transcribed directly into the statistical analysis program SPSS, and we must all use practical and analytical methods to analyze the results obtained, in order to arrive at the end. To the following results, the most important of which are :There is a moderate correlation between physical bullying and the academic achievement of bullied students in the Journal of Intermediate Education. Verbal bullying through sarcasm and ridicule contributes significantly to the decline in the level of concentration and understanding of the bullies in the middle school stage. المتوسط؟ ومن ثم وضعنا فرضيات جزئية و فرضية عامة مفادىا : توجد علبقة بتُ التنمر الددرسي والتحصيل الدراسي للتلبميذ الدتنمر عليهم في مرحلة التعليم الدتوسط ، ولتحقيق أىداؼ الدراسة اعتمدنا على الدنهج الوصفي ، وتم الاعتماد على الدلبحظة و الاستمارة بالدقابلة التي تتكوف من 28 سؤاؿ تنقسم على ثلبث لزاور اساسية ، طبق توزيعها على عينة قوامها 77 تلميذ وتلميذة لجميع مستويات في الدؤسسة وكاف اختيارنا للعينة قصديا وبعد تطبيق أداتي الدراسة وجمع البيانات الدتحصل عليها تم تفريغها مباشرة في برنامج التحليل الاحصائي Spss واستخدمنا جملة من الاساليب الدنهجية والاحصائية لتحليل النتائج الدتحصل عليها ، لنتوصل في الأختَ الذ النتائج التالية وألعها : - يوجد إرتباط متوسط بتُ التنمر الجسدي والتحصيل الدراسي للتلبميذ الدتنمر عليهم في مرجلة التعليم الدتوسط. - سػاىم التنمػر اللفظػػي بالسػخرية والاسػتهزاء بشػػكل كبػتَ في إلطفػػاض مسػتوى تركيػز واسػػتيعاب التلبميػذ الدتنمػػر عليهم في مرحلة التعليم الدتوسط .Item الإغتراب الوظيفي لدى المعلمين بالطور الإبتدائي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من معلمي و معلمات الطور الإبتدائي بمدينة زلفانة(جامعة غرداية, 2014) أسماء, بن عبد الهاديCarrière aliénation avec les extrêmes des enseignants du primaire. Lobjectif de notre étude est à identifier le degré de carrière de l'aliénation avec les extrêmes des enseignants du primaire. ainsi formulées Les questions de notre étude: 1. Souffrez-vous de sentiments de carrière de l'aliénation des enseignants de primaires? 2. Il ya des différences statistiquement significatives dans le sens de la carrière d'aliénation selon le sexe? 3. Il ya des différences statistiquement significatives dans le sens de la carrière de l'aliénation en fonction de l'âge? 4. Il ya des différences statistiquement significatives dans le sens de la carrière de l'aliénation en fonction du nombre d'années d'expérience? 5. Il ya des différences statistiquement significatives dans le sens de la carrière d'aliénation selon l'état matrimonial? Comme nous formulons l’hypothèses de l'étude s comme suit : 1. Nous nous attendons à ce que les enseignants de primaire ont l'aliénation fonctionaire. 2. Il ya des différences statistiquement significatives dans le sens de la carrière d'aliénation selon le sexe. 3. Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans le sens de la carrière d'aliénation selon l'âge. 4. Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans le sentiment 5. de la carrière de l'aliénation en fonction du nombre d'années d'expérience. 6. Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans le sens de la carrière d'aliénation selon l'état matrimonial. Les résultats de notre étude sont présenter: 1. Les enseignants du primaire n'ont pas l'aliénation de fonctionnel. 2. Aucune différence statistiquement significative dans le sens de la carrière d'aliénation selon le sexe. 3. Aucune différence statistiquement significative dans le sens de la carrière d'aliénation selon le l'âge. 4. Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans le sens de la carrière de l'aliénation en fonction du nombre d'années d'expérience. 5. Aucune différence statistiquement significative dans le sens de la carrière d'aliénation selon l'état matrimonial.
