The jurisprudential rules are very important in the graduation, the branching and the jurisprudential rationale, and the jurists have tended to explain the major rules and leave the sub-rules. Islamic fiqh. It has paved the way in the first sections of this study to mention the concept of jurisprudential rules and its types. I also studied in the second topic the concept of a rule that there is no reward except with an intention and its relationship to the rule of af- fairs with its objectives, then explaining the location of the intention, its time, its controls, conditions and divisions. As for the second topic, it deals with the application side of the rule. It contains applications in the chapter on purification, prayer, the Qu ‘ran of hajj, leaving the forbidden and the work of men. And I concluded that with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important findings of the results and suggested recommendations. Praise be to god in the beginning and the conclusion, and blessings and peace be open the best king prophet.
