In the name of Allah the most compassionate The most merciful. All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the lord of the Alamin, and blessings and peace of Allah be upon the prophet. Islamic jurisprudence rules concerning cosmetic surgery is a paper that starts with a definition of Islamic jurisprudence rules and a distinction between them and as well as the rules of the principles of jurisprudence. In addition to discussing their importance and value. Furthermore, this research defines cosmetic surgery, and discusses its legitimacy, its types, and the Islamic laws of each type. It also provides a study of Islamic jurisprudence rules of these laws concerning cosmetic surgeries. These jurisprudence rules include rules of averting harm licenses and other rules related to cosmetic surgery. The study is concluded with the research's results and recommendation.
