Item الأحكام المتعلقة بالمرأة في الحج(جامعة غرداية, 2018) حسيني, مريمتناولت هاته الدراسة موضوع الأحكام المتعلقة بالمرأة في الحج حيث تم في البداية الولوج بمطلب تمهيدي يتضمن ماهية الحج والرخصة ، حيث بعدها تطرقت الدراسة إلى المباحث التي تضمنت استطاعة المرأة للحج وأحكام المرأة في الإحرام يليه بعد ذلك أحكام المرأة في الإحرام والطواف ومضامين حكم المرأة في رمي الجمار ما جعل هاته الدراسة تتضمن كل الاحكام والتفاصيل والاجراءات والفروض الشرعية لاحكام الحج التي تعني وتخص المراة .This study dealt with the issue of provisions relating to women in Hajj, where initially a preliminary requirement was entered, including what is Hajj and the license The study then dealt with the investigators, who included the ability of women to make a pilgrimage and the provisions of women in Ihram, followed by the provisions of women in Al Ahram, Al-Raf and the contents of women's judgement in the throwing of jewels. This study included all the provisions, details, procedures and legitimate imposition of Hajj provisions, which meant and belonged to women.Item الإنتاج الإسقاطي لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي دراسة عيادية لثلاث حالات من خلال اختبار تفهم الموضوع(جامعة غرداية, 2014) لالة, قيرعNous avons essayé à travers cette étude, la recherche sur la nature de la production projectives femmes de LDL avec le cancer du sein et ce en répondant à l'hypothèse suivante: Caractérisée par la production de projective chez les femmes atteintes d'un cancer du sein à la pauvreté et de la vulnérabilité Pour répondre à l'hypothèse de recherche, nous divisons la recherche pour les deux côtés, le côté théorique, qui traite de la définition de la projection et de production de projective, avec le statut de confidentialité projective, et le processus de Arassan réponse dans la compréhension de test de l'objet, nous avons traité dans le chapitre sur la définition du cancer du sein, de ses causes ainsi que les troubles les plus importants psychologique associée au cancer du sein dans la dernière comment vivre avec cette maladie, mais en ce qui concerne le côté pratique est la méthodologie de l'étude, qui comprend une approche clinique grâce à l'application de test TAT comprendre le sujet sur trois (03) cas de cancer du sein dans l'intérêt de tumeurs cancéreuses Hôpital Tishreen Ibrahim. Les résultats de notre étude que les femmes atteintes d'un cancer du sein a suppression de ses conflits internes et le manque de prise de conscience de la Alawdbeh problématique et pré-génitales et la relation de la mère de leur manque de compassion et cela indique la nécessité d'un soutien social, et noter que la productivité des protocoles éclipsées par les méthodes pour arrêter et éviter les conflits (C) et c'est ce qui distingue la fragilité de la lisibilité que caractérisé par le grand nombre de méthodes pour arrêter, et l'absence d'écho Alhomat et les perceptions de l'histoire et que nous faisons par Thalilina cas des protocoles caractérisés par la longueur du temps de latence (CP1), et les histoires courtes et Abtdal (CP4) et l'absence d'explication des motifs du conflit, et l'absence de définition de personnes (CP3).Item الاحكام الخاصة بالمرأة في الحج و العمرة(جامعة غرداية, 2019) زهية, غشيThe title of this study is the ruligs of woman in Hajj and Umrah «pilgrn,S journeys». Itcontains many quraran,s verses,the prophet,s sayig (Hadeeth) and vieu of scholars ; in addition to some definitions and principles whic suit the study particuly for woman . The study is divide into five chapters : the first one is an introductory chapter and the rest four chapters dest chapters deal wit the subject,s main elementst . The introduction includes a preface , the importance of the topic, the reasons behind choosing the topic of the dtuby and its goolsobjectives. . AIso, it includes the Iook on the previous studies in this field, with the method fellowed in this study. The subject of the study is divided into four chapters: the chapte Presents the conditions of being capaple to go in pilgrim s journey« Hajj U mrah» for woman with the pemission of travelling with her husband or her family ; besides , the condition of her husband or a M ehram ( the religiously permitted companion) the second chapter contains a bout the relings of Tarwaf ( turning around kaabah ) and Saii ( walhing betwee Safa and M arwa) for woman , The Next chapter is a bout the ruling of woman s pilgrim s trip ( Hajj ) . It studies the rulading on Arafat and going the M ozdalifah , then , thrwing the stone )Djamarat) on tashrik days. The last chapter is for answering and studying and studying some questions in Fakh (understanding the ruling) and some modern cases like the case when woman in her mourning period and its rulings H ajj , also the rulings of menstruation in the case of imposbility of her staying or returgs of menstrtion in the case of imposbility of impoility of her staying or returning back to M akkah; and the rulings of travellig by plane without Me hram At last , the concl usion is set to present the mani reched results and recommendations . Then there is an inbex for Q uran the prophet sayings verses and stated in the study, with a list of the resources used in the study Finally it is the contents.Item الحقوق السياسية للمرأة في ضوء الشريعة والقانون الرئاسة أنمودجا(جامعة غرداية, 2018) خثير, جباريThis modest research dealt with the political rights of women in the light of the law and the law.
