Item الاتصال التنظيمي و علاقته بالقيم التنظيمية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأساتذة جامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2022) سميرة, مرسلي; فاطيمة, زيديهدفت هده الدراسة للكشف عن العلاقة بين الاتصال التنظيمي والقيم التنظيمية من وجهة نظر أساتذة جامعة غرداية بولاية غرداية, ومعرفة الفروق في الاتصال التنظيمي والقيم التنظيمية باختلاف الجنس والأقدمية والسن, ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث أدا ة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات بعد التأكد من خصائصهم السيكومترية )الصدق والثبات( تم تطبيقهما على عينة مكونة من 93 استاذ وأستاذة تم اختيارها عشوائيا من كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية و كلية الحقوق و العلوم السياسية و كلية العلوم الاقتصادية و التجارية و علوم التسيي و كلية العلوم و التنكنولوجيا من جامعة غرداية بولاية غرداية. واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي في وصف الظاهرة وتفسيها, وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة عن طريق الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss , تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : ✓ توجد علاقة موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاتصال التنظيمي والقيم التنظيمية لأساتذة جامعة غرداية بغرداية. ✓ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاتصال التنظيمي تعزى لمتغي الجنس. ✓ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاتصال التنظيمي تعزى لمتغي الأقدمية. ✓ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاتصال التنظيمي تعزى لمتغي السن. ✓ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القيم التنظيمية تعزى لمتغي الجنس. ✓ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القيم التنظيمية تعزى لمتغي الأقدمية. ✓ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القيم التنظيمية تعزى لمتغي السن.This study aimed to reveal the relationship between organizational communication and organizational values from the point of view of the professors of the University of Ghardaia in the state of Ghardaia, and to know the differences in organizational communication and organizational values according to gender, seniority and age. On a sample of 93 professors and professors from the University of Ghardaia, in the state of Ghardaia. The researcher followed the descriptive approach in describing and explaining the phenomenon, and using appropriate statistical methods through the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), the following results were reached: ✓ There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational communication and organizational values from the point of view of the professors of the University of Ghardaia in Ghardaia. ✓ There are no statistically significant differences in organizational communication due to the gender variable. ✓ There are no statistically significant differences in organizational communication due to the variable of seniority. ✓ There are no statistically significant differences in organizational communication due to the age variable. ✓ There are no statistically significant differences in organizational values due to the gender variable .Item واقع الاتصال التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة الاستشفائية ( دراسة حالة مستشفى قضي بكير ــ غرداية ــ )(جامعة غرداية, 2022) الزهرة, ترمزي; إيمان, طيوسthe problem with this study was based on the reality of with In the hospital in situation and through the case study of the hospital of Qadi Bakir Ghardaia where we divided our study in to four chapters three chapters theoretical and one chapterapplied we have taken54Members of the total communiyy 500 employees and we have adopted a cass study curriculum and a sample study the questionnaire tool have been used as the main tool for collecting data from researchers and we have divided the questionnaire from into 4 fourth and the following results have been reached through this study: Organizational communication is a very importantand important factor with in the organization. It providing staff with necessary information as well as the transfer of ideas and trends in addition to harmonizing different aspects of interests ther by contributing to improved performance .The hospital does not have a communication cell which impedes the organization of communication between the President and the subordinates and between the staff; The institution is overwhelmed by horizontal connectivity, winch plays an important role in increasing the exchange and speed of information and coordinating the efforts and actions of workers at the same level, helping to raise the morale of employees and making them visible as management partners programmer ", without referring all matters to a higher level of management.Item فعالية الاتصال التنظيمي على جودة الحدمة العمومية دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2018) خيرة, مامين; خديجة, مامين
