    This study aims to recognize the role of social communication in raising young people 's awareness of the importance of vocational training through social networking sites , based on the question : how social networking sites contribute as one of the social communication means of vocational training center bongar ben ali .ghardaia. raise young people 's awareness of the importance of vocational training ? This study is included in descriptive studies , based on the social survey curriculum and using both observation , interview and questionnaire as data collection tools. This study was applied to a random sample of young people at the bongar ben ali vocational training centre , capable of 100 individuals . The study reached a number of results , the most important of which were : *The habits and patterns of use of the sample for the social networking sites of the vocational training center in question are that they sometimes use them and use a mobile phone .The most used of these sites is facebook , so that they use them at a rate of one hour to two hours a day in the evening and at home ,and they used them before joining the vocational training center. *Access to news and information on vocational training is the most important motivation for the use of the social networking sites of the center for vocational training in question . Addressing the topics in detail , depth and viewing images contributes to attracting them to pursue these websites , in order to satisfy their educational and news desires. *The members of the sample believe that social networking sites play a role in raising their awareness of the importance of vocational training as a means of communication by asserting that it is an essential source of information about their studies in vocational training , as well as a tool to mantain students contact with field education institutions , as well as its awareness – raising role contributing to the formation of their attitudes and behaviors by changing their perception of many matters related to vocational training

    دور التكوين في تأهيل العاملين دراسة ميدانية بمركز بتكوين المهني و التمهين القرارة 01 ولاية غرداية

    La presente etude visait a faire la lumiere sur le role de la formation professionnelle dans la rehabilitation des travailleurs au centre de formation professionnelle et d'apprentissage professionnel guerrara 1 wilaya de ghardaïa, pour tenter d'identifier la nature de la relation entre la formation professionnelle et son role dans la qualification des travailleurs , en outre, il visait a reveler la relation entre les connaissances theoriques et la readaptation du travailleur avec les exigences de l'emploi ainsi que les competences professionnelles en qualifiant le travailleur dans son poste, ou j'ai utilise l'approche descriptive sur l’echantillon de recherche compose de travailleurs qui ont beneficie du programme de qualification en formation professionnelle dans les periodes precedentes et ils sont la categorie des employes, ou j'ai choisi un echantillon de travailleurs qui ont entrepris le processus de formation dans cette saison et qui sont repartis sur tous les niveaux et ce, en s’appuyant comme outils de collecte des donnees de terrain sur des formulaires comportant plusieurs questions qui leurs touchent differents aspects que l’on voit indispensable. l'etude montre l'impact de la formation sur les processus de qualification les plus importants afin d'ameliorer le niveau des travailleurs dans l'institution. Sa reussite est condamnee par le fait d’avoir des employes de haute qualite et facilement integrables dans le milieu du travail. La formation est la strategie menue par l’institution pour garantir d’avantage un niveau tres eleve et une qualite meilleure des travailleurs en consequence, elle reste stable et competitive dans un univers en changement permanant. Enfin, et comme conclusion et sur la base des resultats obtenus, l'etude a demontre l'existence d'une relation d'influence forte de la formation professionnelle dans la reinsertion des travailleurs, et ce resultat est en accord avec le role de la formation dans les etablissements en algerie.
