    العرف ودوره في حل النزاعات في البوادي المغاربية خلال القرنين 18 و19 م موريتانيا والصحراء الجزائرية نموذجا

    لقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الدور الذي لعبه العرف والقانون العرفي في قبائل موريتانيا وقبائل وقصور الصحراء الجزائرية خلال القرنين الثامن عشر والتاسع عشر ميلاديين ، حيث اعتمدت البوادي المغاربية على العرف ومؤسساته العرفية في حل النزاعات بين القبائل والأشخاص وتسوية حياتهم باعتبار أن العرف من صنع الجماعات ،حيث أن العرف في هذه القبائل أغلبه لا يخالف الشريعة This study aimed to examine the role played by custom and customary law among the tribes in Mauritania and the Algerian desert during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. It focused on the reliance of tribal communities on custom and its traditional institutions in resolving disputes between tribes and individuals, and in settling their cases by considering custom as a source of societal legislation. The study found that custom in these tribes mostly does not contradict Islamic Sharia.

    الصحراء الجزائرية من خلال رحلة اليوسي خلال القرن 17م

    تعد الرحلات الحجازية مصدرا هاما في الكتابة التاريخية في الفترة الحديثة خاصة في ظل ندرة المصادر التاريخية من جهة ونظير ما تضمنته من معارف وصفية تاريخية واجتماعية ودينية، وهو ما نلمسه في رحلة اليوسي ذات الأهمية البالغة كونها تعرف بكثير من الجوانب الاقتصادية في التجارة والسلع المتبادلة، وعن الأوضاع الاجتماعية في العادات والتقاليد وعن الأحوال الثقافية والدينية مثل التعليم والمساجد، وذلك في شمال الصحراء الجزائرية خلال القرن 17م. The Historical Writing originated from El HijazTravels;the latter occurred during the modern period. At that time, the historical resources were rare on one side. On the other side, that era witnessed an availability of historical, social, and religious knowledge. All those factors are salient in El Yousi Journey since it is vital; this trip make presents the economic side in commerce and in the exchanged goods. It also talks about the social status like customs and traditions as it shed lights the cultural and the religious situations such as learning at mosques in the Algerian North Sahara in the 17th century.

    الصحراء الجزائرية والسلطة العثمانية في الجزائر خلال الفترة الحديثة (1519-1830م)

    This study undertakes the history of political, economic, social, and cultural relations between the regions of the Algerian desert and the Ottoman authority in Algeria, with its different aspects , as well as their effects on both the local and central sides , The subject in itself is an academic scientific study searching for a part of the modern Maghreb history in general ,and some features of the modern history of Algeria in particular. Therefore historical studies related to the history of the Algerian desert in the modern era have not yet been able to answer everything related to the controversy of the Ottoman presence in the Algerian desert, so exploring such studies is considered a cornerstone for understanding the region's past and its relations with the central government during the period under study. And that is through what we have obtained from valuable documents and historical sources, which were reflecting - to some extent - the conditions and fluctuations of desert society over the past three centuries.
