    القيادة الإدارية ودورها في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الإداريين مؤسسة الجزائرية ألفا بايب لصناعة الأنابيب لولاية غرداية

    تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور القيادة الإدارية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية لصناعة الأنابيب الفابيب بغرداية، من خلال طرح التساؤل التالي: هل للقيادة الإدارية دور في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لعمال مؤسسة ألفا بايب لصناعة الأنابيب لولاية غرداية؟وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام كل من الملاحظة المباشرة والاستمارة بالإضافة إلى الوثائق والسجلات كأدوات لجمع البيانات على عينة قوامها 52 عامل تم تحديدها عن طريق الحصر الشامل، وقد أظهرت النتائج المتوصل أن: أن أسلوب القيادة المتبع في مؤسسة الفابيب لصناعة الأنابيب بولاية غرداية يلعب دورًا جوهريًا في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعمال، حيث يُظهر التفويض الفعال، التشجيع على العمل الجماعي، وتمكين العمال من اتخاذ المبادرات أثرًا إيجابيًا ملموسًا على التزامهم، قدرتهم على تحمل المسؤوليات وكفاءتهم في استغلال الوقت. وأن مهارات القيادة في مؤسسة الفابيب لصناعة الأنابيب بولاية غرداية تلعب دورًا محوريًا في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعمال. حيث يبرز المبحوثين أهمية قدرة المشرف على تحليل المواضيع ومعالجة المشكلات بفعالية، إلى جانب دوره في جمع المعلومات ونقلها بوضوح، مما يعزز فهم العمال لمهامهم ويسهم في رفع جودة الإنجاز. The current study aims to identify the role of administrative leadership in improving job performance at the economic enterprise of FAPIPE (Alpha Pipe) in Ghardaia. The central question posed was: Does administrative leadership play a role in improving the job performance of workers at the Alpha Pipe Company in the province of Ghardaia? Using the descriptive analytical method, and relying on direct observation, a questionnaire, as well as documents and records as data collection tools, the study focused on a comprehensive sample of 52 workers. The results showed that: The leadership style adopted in the Alpha Pipe Company in the province of Ghardaia plays a crucial role in improving workers' job performance. Effective delegation, encouragement of teamwork, and empowering workers to take initiative have a tangible positive impact on their commitment, their ability to assume responsibilities, and their efficiency in managing time. Moreover, leadership skills in the Alpha Pipe Company play a pivotal role in improving job performance. The respondents highlighted the importance of the supervisor’s ability to analyze issues and solve problems effectively, as well as their role in gathering and communicating information clearly, which enhances workers’ understanding of their tasks and contributes to improving the quality of work.

    القيادة الادارية وعلاقتها بأداء العاملين دراسة ميدانية بولاية المنيعة

    نسعى من خلال قيامنا بهذا البحث إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف من أهمها محاولة تقديم تحليل علمي لعلاقة القيادة على اداء العاملين .والتعرف على القيادة الإدارية من حيث المفهوم والخصائص وتحديد أهميتها بالنسبة للمنظومة الإدارية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان موزع على عينة مكونة من 60 موظف من موظفين ولاية المنيعة وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج منها: أن القادة بولاية المنيعة يولون اهتمام كافي للعـاملين وهـذا مـا يجعلهم يشعرون بالانتماء للولاية . Through our conduct of this research, we seek to achieve a number of goals, the most important of which is an attempt to provide a scientific analysis of the role played by leadership in guiding employees. And to identify administrative leadership in terms of concept and characteristics, and to determine its importance in relation to the administrative system in the institution under study. By relying on the analytical descriptive approach by collecting data by means of a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 60 employees from the state of Al-Manea, the study concluded a set of results, including: The leaders in the state of Manea pay enough attention to the workers, and this is what makes them feel a sense of belonging to the state. It also found a statistically significant relationship between counseling and raising the performance of workers in the state of Manea.
