Item تخريج الفروع على الأصول عند القاضي حسين الاعي المغربي من خلال كتابه البدر التمام شرح بلوغ المرام-كتاب الطهارة أنموذجا(جامعة غرداية, 2023) توفيق, فاضلThis research establishes an explanation of an art of the sciences of Islamic law, which is concerned with everyone who seeks the path of ijtihad, which is the science of graduating the branches according to the principles, and that is by shedding light on a book of explanations of hadith jurisprudence, namely “Al-Badr Al-Tamam Sharh Bulugh Al-Maram” by its compiler Imam Al-Hammam. Judge Hussein Al-La'i Al-Maghribi, may God have mercy on him, by explaining landmarks from the life of Judge Hussein, introducing the book Bulug Al-Maram and its commentary on Badr Al-Tamam, and then exposing the concept of the science of graduating branches to principles according to the fundamentalists. Explaining its pillars, types, and origins from which it was derived, then reviewing examples of the branches of jurisprudence in which the conclusions of this imam emerged from their origins through the Book of Purity.Item تخريج الفروع على الفروع )نوازل العالم الزجلوي أنموذجا((جامعة غرداية, 2022) نسيبة, عبد المالكيدور بحثنا هذا حول تأصيل نوع من أنواع التخريح وهو: " تخريج الفروع على الفروع " وتطبيقاته على نوازل العالم الزجلوي، وقد قُسم إلى مقدمة وفصلين يندرج تحت كل فصل ثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة .أ فرد الفصل الأول لبيان ماهية تخريج الفروع على الفروع وذالك من خلال المبحث الأول الذي تم فيه التعريف بهذا النوع من التخريج و الثاني والثالث تطرقنا من خلالهما إلى نشأته وأهميته ومصادره وكذا ط رقه .وأما الفصل الثاني فجاء لإدراج نماذج تطبيقية، من خلال نوازل العالم الزجلوي وذالك بالتعريف به وبكتابه وذكر بعض النماذج له .و خاتمة لبحثنا المتواضع عبارة عن نتائج أهمها : أن لتخريج الفروع على الفروع مصادر أصيلة تكون بمنزلة الأصول المخرَّج عليها، مثل : نص الإمام، وأفعاله، وتقريراته، وأن القول بجوازه أو منعه ليس على إطلاقه؛ وإنما يُنظر في كل تخريج على حدة، ومدى استيفائه للشرائط، وانتهاض الاجتهاد من جهته.The thesisconcerns one of the outcomes of the « takhridji » whichisdividedinto sections and its application on « nawazil » of the « djazouli »erudit. So itwassectionnedinto an introduction andtwoparts thatoutcomes foreachparts isdividedintothreestudies and a conclusion. And the sayings by the acceptance or refusal, not at all, but to look up in all takhridj on its polling in one side and diligence on the otherside.Item تخريج الفروع الفقهية على قواعد الدلالات من كتاب: بداية المجتهد ونهاية المقتصد لابن رشد الحفيد -العبادات نموذجا-(جامعة غرداية, 2021) العيد, بوعزيزThe topic of jurisprudential is done with how to derive judgments from partial evidence by the fundamentalist rules, and to know the links between the branches and the fundamentas, which leads to the service of jurisprudence, which results in jurisprudential differences between jurists arising diligence, caused by the principles of jurisprudence, and the study of this concept leads to the understanding of the meanings What are intended by the fundamentalists, and the work of the diligences in this work is based on investing the legal fundamentals deduced from the texts of the Qur’an and the Sunnah through linguistic fundamentalism rules that illustrate the method of diligence by investing the text in the significance of meaning, which is represented in the status of word conditions in relation to meanings, and with knowledge of the verbal use of the meaning, then the knowledge Methods of deducing through what is known as semantics.
