    l'objectif de la recherche est d'étudier la force psychlogique et sa relation avec le centre de contrôle chez les infermiers de l'hôpital pendant l'épidémie de corona virus, qui pose les quistions suivantes: _y a t-il une relation entre la force psychologique et le centre de contrôle chez les infermiers de l'hôpital de Metlili pendant l'épidémie de corona virus? _Quel est le niveau de la force psychologique chez les infermiers de l'hôpital de Metlili lors de l'épidémie: Corona virus? _Quel est le type de centre des infermiers travaillants dans les hôpiteaux lors de l'épidémie Corona virus? _Existe-t-il une différence entre la force psychologique et le centre de contrôle selon les variables d'étude: le sexe, l'âge, le niveau scolaire, type de garde, l'état civile et l'experience professionnelle? La recherche est appuyée sur la démarche descriptive qui est considérée la démarche convenable pour atteindre les buts et les objectives de cette étude. Pour répondre aux hypothèses le chercheur a choisi un échantilon intentionnel composé de 45 infermiers à l'hôpital en basant sur deux échelles de la force psychologique de (Imad Mekhaimer) et l'échelle du centre de contrôle de "ROTER" Cette étude a atteind: _Il y a une relation entre la force psychologique et le centre de contrôle chez les infermiers de l'hôpital de Metlili pendant l'épidémie de corona virus. _Le niveau de la force psychologique chez les infermiers de l'hôpital de Metlili lors de l'épidémie de Corona virus est haut. Enter _Il n'existe pas une différence entre la force psychologique et le centre de contrôle selon les variables d'étude: le sexe, l'âge, le niveau scolaire, type de garde et l'experience professionnelle. _Il y a une différence entre la force psychologique et le centre de contrôle selon la variable de l'état civil.

    The present study aimed to identify the relationship between the control center (internal-external) and the learning motivation of the students of the University of Ghardaia at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences and the Faculty of Natural Sciences and technology, and the study sample (300) students, and the study started from the following questions: - Is there a statistically significant relationship between the control centre (internal-external) and the learning motivation of the students of Ghardaia University? - Is there a differences in the control center (internal-external) different sex, college affiliation, style of residence and university stage of the students of Ghardaia University? - Is there a differences in learning motivation different sex, college affiliation style of residence and university stage of the students of Ghardaia University? To answer these questions, we proposed the following hypotheses: -There is a statistically significant relationship between the center of control (internal-external) and the learning motivation of the students of the University of Ghardaia. -There’s a differences in the control center(internal-external) different sex, college affiliation, style of residence and university stage of students of the University of Ghardaia. -There’s a differences in the motivation of learning different sex college affiliation, style of residence and university stage of students of the University of Ghardaia. The study was carried out in accordance with the descriptive approach as the most appropriate description of the phenomenon, and we relied in the collection of data on the first two tools of the control center (internal-external) of the "Julian router" and the second scale of motivation to learn from the preparation of "Youssef Katami" and after the statistical processing of data we reached the following results: -There is an inverse correlation between the control centre (internal- external) and the learning motivation of the students of the University of Ghardaia. -There’s a differences in the control centre (internal-external ) different sex, while there are no differences in the control centre (internal-external) different, college affiliation. type of residence and university stage.
