Item زكاة الحلي و أحكامها في الشريعة الإسلامية دراسة مقارنة(جامعة غرداية, 2022) مريمة, يوسفThe research consisted of an introduction, a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion. divided as follows: An introduction and dealt with the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing the topic, posing the problem, a brief plan for the research, the approach followed, previous studies, difficulties, a word of dedication, a word of thanks. which dealt with in the ,o two demandsit was divided int ,As for the introductory topic it touched on the most important definitions according to the different jurists ,first requirement and ,linguistic and idiomatic ,and dealt with it from several aspects ,about the concept of zakat .ween the two definitionsthe relationship bet it included the ruling on zakat and the evidence for its ,As for the second requirement .and wisdom ,virtue ,legitimacy I dealt with in the first requirement ,I divided it into three demands :As for the first topic the Sunnah and ,the legality of zakat on gold and silver from the Book the evidence of ,then I dealt in the second requirement with the quorum of zakat on gold and silver ,consensus and the , I dealt with the amount to be taken out of gold and silver ,and in the third requirement evidence for it which dealt with the first ,I divided it into three demands :And the second topic I dealt with the ,In the second requirement .the basic concepts and types of jewelry ,requirement .women or what is adorned with furniture provisions of gold and silver ornaments for men or .sayings I concluded this research with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important and mentioned the sources and references approved in ,results that I reached through the research the researchItem صور القدف و التشهير المعاصرة و أحكامها(جامعة غرداية, 2017) فاطمة, مسعوديPraise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds .Prayers and peace be upon Mohammed , his family and companions. This thesis is for the Master's degree in Islamic Sciences, entitled: “Aspects and provisions of contemporary libel and defamation”. Prepared by the student Fatima MESSAOUDI and supervised by the teacher Mr. Mustafa BENDRISSOU. This thesis is to serve the Islamic jurisprudence, contribute in knowing the jurisprudential rulings on contemporary topics and enrich the Islamic libraries with such topics. The student mentioned the most important provisions related to the thesis topic. The nature of this research necessitated its division into an introduction, a preliminary study and two chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the defamation, the second to the libel. It contained definitions for both in Sharia and law. I also have mentioned some terms that have a relation to them and have discussed the important provisions about sections and sanctions. I have mentioned some contemporary aspects with their provisions at the end of the chapters. The conclusion contained the most prominent results and suggestions that I have seen necessary to provide some pieces of advice about. Lastly, I ask Allah for good and well acceptance. And peace and blessings be upon the prophet, mercy to the worlds, having said: The subject of the memo is: Quranic readings and their influence on jurisprudential rulings in the interpretation of al- Qurtubi, the provisions of purity and fasting as a model. The research project included an introduction ,three chapters and conclusion ,then I enclose it with a list of tables contenents of verses ,speeches and the sources and references , The introduction included elements of the completion of the research project of the importance of the subject and the reasons for selection and put the problematic and objectives and research plan ,and for the three chapters,they included in the first introductory study dealt with the life of Imam al-Qurtubi and the definition of his book Whole To the provisions of the Koran, as for the second article guarantees the reality of readings and its relationship to the seven letters and the methodology of the Qurtubi, and the last section included questions and clarified the effect of readings on jurisprudence. A comparative study of jurisprudence and the opinion of al-Qurtubi was studied.
