Item الإلتزام التنظيمي وعلاقته بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية(جامعة غرداية, 2022) مروة, مولاي لخضرThis study aimed to identify the level of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior among the workers of the Distribution Directorate, as well as to identify the differences according to gender, job level and age, and to reveal the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.
