The topic of crimes against State security, including the political crime is important, because they directly affect the state in its presence and stability, that must be deterred by severe sanctionsas this would protect the lives and safety of those living in that state, perhaps the most serious of these crimes so-called political crimes; because it spreads tumult and unrestwithin the State if misused dealing with offenders, targets the governance system directly, as is known, no life of communities unless with the presence of the Governor or the system governance, but most of the rebels is not their goal to achieve special interests, but they seen that the public interest requires the declaration disobedience,and as a result of this noble motives, they merit different treated from the rest of the offenders, Whether in Islamic law that guaranteed them all rights of pity and mercy did not give punishment special to their,But it made their fight within the legitimate defense,This was followed by law, which reduced their punishment somewhat,Granting them political asylum and preventing their extradition to their countries for fear of being executed.
