    The title of this study is the ruligs of woman in Hajj and Umrah «pilgrn,S journeys». Itcontains many quraran,s verses,the prophet,s sayig (Hadeeth) and vieu of scholars ; in addition to some definitions and principles whic suit the study particuly for woman . The study is divide into five chapters : the first one is an introductory chapter and the rest four chapters dest chapters deal wit the subject,s main elementst . The introduction includes a preface , the importance of the topic, the reasons behind choosing the topic of the dtuby and its goolsobjectives. . AIso, it includes the Iook on the previous studies in this field, with the method fellowed in this study. The subject of the study is divided into four chapters: the chapte Presents the conditions of being capaple to go in pilgrim s journey« Hajj U mrah» for woman with the pemission of travelling with her husband or her family ; besides , the condition of her husband or a M ehram ( the religiously permitted companion) the second chapter contains a bout the relings of Tarwaf ( turning around kaabah ) and Saii ( walhing betwee Safa and M arwa) for woman , The Next chapter is a bout the ruling of woman s pilgrim s trip ( Hajj ) . It studies the rulading on Arafat and going the M ozdalifah , then , thrwing the stone )Djamarat) on tashrik days. The last chapter is for answering and studying and studying some questions in Fakh (understanding the ruling) and some modern cases like the case when woman in her mourning period and its rulings H ajj , also the rulings of menstruation in the case of imposbility of her staying or returgs of menstrtion in the case of imposbility of impoility of her staying or returning back to M akkah; and the rulings of travellig by plane without Me hram At last , the concl usion is set to present the mani reched results and recommendations . Then there is an inbex for Q uran the prophet sayings verses and stated in the study, with a list of the resources used in the study Finally it is the contents.

    This topic dealt with the subject of the provisions of the benefits of the deceased after his death; where the problematic was represented in: What is the rule of the use of the dead from the pursuit of life in the acts of worship that did not lead to their lives? In order to answer this problem, this research was divided into the following statements: The study was preceded by a preliminary request to clarify the terms related to the research and to commend it in the first section. It was called on behalf of the Prophet in prayer and zakat on the deceased. Then the second topic dealt with the prosecution in fasting and I'tikaaf on the deceased.
