    التدفق النفسي وعلاقته بالذات المهنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية دراسة ميدانية بمدينة القرارة ولاية غرداية

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي طبيعة العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي والذات المهنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتوظيف أداتين هما: مقياس التدفق النفسي لـ "النتشة" (2021) المكون من 40 بندا، ومقياس الذات المهنية لــ "التلبيشي" (2019) المكون من 34 بندا، طبعا بعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية على عينة من المعلمين، حيث بلغت الاستبانات القابلة للتحليل الإحصائي 94 استبانة. وبعد تحليل البيانات بـاستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من التدفق النفسي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة "القرارة", وأن المعلمين يدركون ذواتهم المهنية بمستوى مرتفع. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية متوسطة دالة إحصائيا بين التدفق النفسي والذات المهنية لدى عينة الدراسة. كما توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في كل من التدفق النفسي والذات المهنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية بمدينة "القرارة"، تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية.The current study aimed to investigate the nature of the relationship between psychological flow and professional self among primary school teachers. To achieve this objective, the descriptive approach was used, and two tools were employed: the Psychological Flow Scaleby"Al-Natsheh" (2021), consisting of 40 items, and the Professional Self Scale by "Al-Talbishi" (2019), consisting of 34 items. This was after verifying their psychometric properties on a sample of teachers, where the statistically analyzable responses reached 94 completed questionnaires. After analyzing the data using the SPSS statistical program, the study concluded that there is a high level of psychological flow among primary school teachers in "El Guerrara" city, and that teachers are aware of their professional identities at a high level. The study also indicated the existence of a statistically significant average correlation between psychological flow and professional self among the study sample. The study also indicated that thereare no statistically significant differences in either psychological flow or professional self among primary school teachers in "El Guerrara" city attributable to the variable of professional experience.

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي العلاقة بين مستوى الذات المهنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمدى مراعاتهم للفروق الفردية بين متعلميهم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتوظيف أداتين. الأولى مقياس الذات المهنية لـ التلبيشي (2019) المكون من 34 بندا. والثانية مقياس الفروق الفردية لـ بن كريمة (2022)، مكون من 16 بندا، طبقا بعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية على عينة من المعلمين، حيث بلغت الاستبانات القابلة للتحليل الإحصائي 140 استبانة. وبعد تحليل البيانات بـاستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS أشارت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع للذات المهنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، وأن مدى مراعاتهم للفروق الفردية بين متعلميهم كان مرتفعا. كما أظهرت النتائج إلى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى الذات المهنية ومدى مراعاة الفروق الفردية. وبينت الدراسة أيضا وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الذات المهنية تعزى لمتغير جنس المعلم، في حين لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة في مدى مراعاة الفروق الفردية بين التلاميذ تعزى لمتغير الجنس. وفي الأخير نوقشت النتائج في ضوء الدراسات السابقة. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between the level of the professional self for primary teachers in the extent of their observance of the individual differences between their learners. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was used, and two tools were employed. The first is the professional self -scale for the 34 -inch Telbishi (2019). The second is the scale of the individual differences of Benrima (2022), consisting of 16 items, according to the verification of their psychological properties on a sample of teachers, where the pivotal pillars amounted to 140 questionnaires. After analyzing the data by using the SPSS statistical program, the study indicated that there is a high level of professional self for primary teachers, and that the extent of their observance of the individual differences between their learners was high. The results also showed that there is no statistically indicative correlation between the level of professional self and the extent of observance of individual differences. The study also showed the existence of statistically significant differences in the level of the professional self that attributes the teacher's gender variable, while there were no significant differences in the extent of observance of the individual differences between students attributing the gender variable. Finally, the results were discussed in light of previous studies.
