هدف هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى تأثير الحملات الإعلامية المتعلقة بالصحة واللياقة البدنية في موقع الفيسبوك على السلوك والاتجاهات الصحية للشباب في ولاية غرداية، كما تهدف إلى تقييم تأثير الحملات الإعلامية حول الصحة واللياقة البدنية على الشباب في ولاية غرداية من خلال منصة الفيسبوك، وذلك لفهم مدى تأثير هذه الحملات على وعي الشباب وسلوكياتهم الصحية.واستخدمنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي، من خلال بناء استمارة الاستبيان والذي كان موجه للشباب في ولاية غرداية، حيث تضمن في صورته النهائية 24 سؤال ، حيث يتضمن أسئلة تتعلق بعادات المتابعة، الدوافع، الاشباعات المحققة، والعلاقة بين مشاهدة المحتوى والسلوكيات الصحية. ليتم توزيعه على عينة قدرها 109 مفردة، من مستخدمي موقع الفيسبوك لشباب ولاية غرداية المهتم بالصحة واللياقة البدنية. حيث تمّ اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، لنصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: • أظهرت الدراسة أن أفراد العينة يهتمون بحملات الإعلانات حول الصحة واللياقة البدنية في موقع فيسبوك، من أجل بناء علاقات مع المدربين والأطباء المختصين حتى تكون عملية التواصل ايجابية وسلسة، وهذا راجع إلى الوعي الصحي المتزايد. • حصول الشباب على معلومات قيمة حول كيفية تحسين نمط حياتهم الصحي، ومعرفة المزيد عن التغذية السليمة وممارسة الرياضة. • وجدت الدراسة علاقة إيجابية بين متابعة محتوى الحملات التوعوية على الفيسبوك وتبني عادات صحية أفضل في التغذية وممارسة الرياضة بين الشباب. This study aims to identify the impact of health and fitness media campaigns on Facebook on the behavior and health trends of young people in the wilaya of Ghardaia, and also aims to evaluate the impact of media campaigns on health and fitness on young people in the wilaya of Ghardaia through the Facebook platform, in order to understand the extent of the impact of these campaigns on youth awareness and health behaviors. The final 24 questions, which include questions related to follow-up habits, motivations, gratifications achieved, and the relationship between content viewing and healthy behaviors. To be distributed to a sample of 109 individuals, from the Facebook site users of the youth of the wilaya of Ghardaia interested in health and fitness. Where they were selected intentionally, to reach through this study a set of results, the most important of which are: • The study showed that respondents are interested in advertising campaigns about health and fitness on Facebook by, in order to build relationships with trainers and specialized doctors so that the communication process is positive and smooth, and this is due to the increasing health awareness. • Get young people valuable information on how to improve their healthy lifestyle, and learn more about proper nutrition and exercise. • The study found a positive correlation between following the content of awareness campaigns on Facebook and adopting better healthy eating and exercise habits among young people
