    مؤسسة المحلة في المغرب الأقصى في الفترة الحديثة

    تعتبر مؤسسة المحلة من أهم المؤسسات التي إرتكزت عليها السلطة المغاربية في الفترة الحديثة، وهي مصطلح عسكري عُرف بالمغرب العربي منذ العهد الموحدي والمريني والزياني والحفصي، وتُعرف أيضا بأنها حملات عسكرية، وقد شكلت ظاهرة الحركة أو المحلة السلطانية إحدى أهم مقومات السلطة بالإيالات المغاربية أثناء العصر الحديث، وكان لهذه المؤسسة عدة وظائف، وتعتبر مؤسسة المحلة من وسائل إبراز سلطة المخزن، حيث كان سلاطين المغرب يقضون فترة كبيرة من السنة خارج الحواضر وذلك في إطار الحركة وإخضاع القبائل وتأديب المتمردة منها، ولم يقتصر دورها على جمع الضرائب فقط بل تعداها إلى الوظيفة العسكرية ،حيث كان لهذه الحملات العسكرية دور ونتائج سلبية وإيجابية على المناطق المقصودة، ومن هنا يتضح El-Mahalla is one of the most important institutions on which Moroccan authority has been depending on lately. It is military term known in the Arabian West- El Maghreb- since Muhammadi, Marini, zayani and hafsi eras ; also, it's known as military campaigns. The phenomenon of the royal movement or El-Mahalla has been one of the most important elements of power in the Maghreb diatricts during modern age. This institution had several functions, and El-mahalla Foundation is one of the means of highlighting the warehouse's authority as Maghreb Sultans spent a considerable period of the year outside urban areas in the context of the movement for the sake of the subjugation of tribes and discipline the ones of rebels. Not only the Mahalla collects the taxes, but also enters the military functions, These military campaigns have had a negative and positive role and impact on destinaed areas ; thus, it is clear that Mahalla is an itinerant authority.

    جامع القرويين و دوره العلمي و الثقافي في بلاد المغرب خلال الفترة الحديثة (ق10_13ه/ق16_19م)

    تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة الدور العلمي والثقافي التي كان يشغله جامع القرويين خلال الفترة الحديثة، حيث يعد جامع القرويين صرحا هاما للعالم الإسلامي عامة ولبلاد المغرب خاصة، فقد كان له هدف واحد وهو ايصال الرسالة المتمثلة في الحفاظ على الدين الإسلامي وحمايته من الأيادي التي كانت تخدش العقيدة الإسلامية، وهذا عن طريق تلقين الطلبة منذ صغرهم كل ما له صلة بالإسلام وكذلك في تكوين الشخصية الإسلامية بزرع القيم الصحيحة، كما زخرت القرويين بعلمائها الأكفاء الى جانب الخزانة التي كانت تحمل التراث الإسلامي، فجامع القرويين كان جوهرة بلاد المغرب وقلبها النابض. This study aims to investigate the scientific and cultural role, which is the Al-Qarwiyin mosque during the modern period ,the Al- Qarwiyin mosque is an important edifice for the Islamic world in general and for the Maghreb countries in particular .It had one goal which was to convey the message of preserving the Islamic religion and protecting it from the hands that were scratch the Islamic religion. This was by teaching students from a young age everything that related to Islam ,as well as in character formation Islam, by giving the correct values Al- Qarwiyin was also full of qualified scholars, in addition to the treasury that carried the Islamic heritage .the Al-Qarwiyin in mosque was the jewel of the Maghreb and its beating heart.
