    تعيش الأمة الإسلامية في وقتنا الحالي نوعا من التشرذم والهوان والذل وذلك بسبب الإبتعاد عن تطبيق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية لا سيما ما يحدث اليوم من إنحراف المسلمين من خلال المساهمة في بناء وترميم الكنائس والمعابد في بلاد المسلمين من خلال وبهذا يعلم إن السماح والرضا بإنشاء الكنائس والمعابد الكفرية أوتخصيص مكان لها في أي بلد من بلاد الإسلام من أعظم الاعانة وأشد على الكفر والخروج من الإسلام وهذا الأمر يتطلب دراسة الموضوع لحل تلك الإشكالات بأفضل السبل، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى تحريم مشاركة المسلمين في بناء المعابد والكنائس خارج ضوابط عقد أهل الذمة وتحريم الإعتقادات الخاطئة إتجاه الكنائس والمعابد وتوصلنا إلى إغلاق السبل التي تفشي إلى ذلك. Abstract : The islamic nation is lirng ,nowadadays ,a kind of humiliation,the fast that muslim youth are getting away from applying the Islamic law . especially in what is happening today, muslims start to drift away from the teachings of islam by taking part in bilding and renovating churches and temples in Islamic counries,and this is because of having the green light to establish churches and infidel temples and to allocate a place for them in Islamic countries and thus to is considered as one of the greatest aids to infidelilty, this matter requires a study to the subjet to solve this problem seriously. As a conclusion ,it is prohibited to muslims outside consciousness regulation contract to participate in such a work ,seeking to find the most effective way to solve this dilemma.

The protection of places of worship reflects the spiritual values of peoples as important as protecting the physical entity of man because of their association with him and their consideration of a cultural and cultural entity. Islamic jurisprudence has come with its pre-humanitarian provisions to offer absolute protection for this role even in times of war. Despite the availability of legal and legal texts urging the need to protect these roles, they ensure that they perform worship and get close to Allah, and are supported by mechanisms that ensure their proper implementation, and criminal responsibility is part of the criminal court. their levels and grades. .
