Item البطالة وتأثيرها على اتجاهات خريجي الجامعة نحو العمل. (دراسة ميدانية بوكالة التشغيل بغرداية)(جامعة غرداية, 2022) نجاة, الراعيتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير البطالة على اتجاهات خريجي الجامعة نحو سوق العمل ،ومن خلال التوسع في الجانب النظري والتطرق إلى ذكر أهم أسباب البطالة وأنواعها وطرق علاجها ، وتطرقنا الى سوق العمل ومكونات سوق العمل واهم مؤشراته كما تطرقنا الى أهم خصائص ومميزات سوق العمل ومايتطلبه . وقد لخصت الدراسة بعض النتائج المتحصلة عليها وتمثلت في مايلي: تؤدي البطالة الهيكلية إلى الاضطراب بين التخصصات المتوفرة في الجامعات مع سوق العمل وتفسير ذلك أن ظهور هذا النوع من البطالة يؤدي إلى عزوف الطلبة الجدد عن التخصصات التي أصبحت غير مطلوبة في سوق العمل أو تتطلب زيادة تكوين وتربصات خاصة واللجوء إلى دراسة التخصصات التي عليه طلب كبير في سوق العمل وهذا ما يسبب حالة عدم الاستقرار في سوق العمل. أن البطالة الهيكلية تؤثر على اتجاهات خريجي الجامعات نحو سوق العمل من خلال البحث على مهارات وخبرات جديدة تتناسب مع متطلبات التقدم التقني للوسائل الإنتاج، وبالتالي يدفع بخريجي الجامعات إلى تغيير وجهاتهم نحو مناصب عمل أقل من مستواهم أو مختلفة عن تخصصهم نوعا ما أو اللجوء إلى القيام بتربصات وتكوينات إضافية. عدم امتلاك خريجي الجامعات للمهارات والقدرات اللازمة التي تتوافق مع متطلبات سوق العمل بالرغم من وجود توافق بين تخصصاتهم ومتطلبات سوق العمل. This study aims to study the impact of unemployment on the attitudes of university graduates towards the labor market, and by expanding on the theoretical side and addressing the mention of the most important causes of unemployment and its types and methods of treatment, and we touched on the labor market and the components of the labor market and its most important indicators. The study summarized some of the results obtained, as follows: Structural unemployment leads to disruption between the disciplines available in universities with the labor market and the explanation for this is that the emergence of this type of unemployment leads to the reluctance of new students from disciplines that are no longer required in the labor market or require increased training and special training and resort to studying disciplines that are in great demand In the labor market, this is what causes instability in the labor market. Structural unemployment affects the attitudes of university graduates towards the labor market by searching for new skills and experiences commensurate with the requirements of technical progress for the means of production, and thus pushes university graduates to change their destinations towards work positions below their level or somewhat different from their specialization or resort to doing Additional trainings and configurations. University graduates do not possess the necessary skills and abilities that correspond to the requirements of the labor market, despite the fact that there is a compatibility between their specializations and the requirements of the labor market.Item الصراع النفسي وعلاقته بالتفاؤل بالمستقبل لدى خريجي الجامعة البطالين دراسة ميدانية لجامعة غرداية ــ ولاية غرداية ــ(جامعة غرداية, 2022) علي, أولاد سعيد; فضيل, زاويThe study aimed to know the relationship between psychological conflict and optimism about the future among the unemployed graduates of universities in the state of Ghardaia and a sample of (60) male and female students ranging in age from (20-35 years) and the importance of our role. The study lies in: - Sociological treatment of one of the most important current social problems that can affect development contexts - - Its importance is also highlighted in its attempt to elaborate interpretations about the level of psychological conflict and its relationship to future optimism and to explore the various causes and implications of the scarcity of employment opportunities among the group that has been agreed to represent the elite of society and sociological interpretation of the various dimensions of it into a thoughtful category. Using the descriptive-analytical approach to explain the most important questions of the study, the tools used in the study include: Psychological Conflict Scale: Conte et al. 1995 Translated and prepared by Magdy El- Desouky (1999) The optimism scale prepared by the researcher Seligman prepared the scale of optimism and pessimism in English, where the paragraphs measuring pessimism and another characteristic of optimism were translated into Arabic. And Bcharre Maamriya codified this scale on the Algerian environment. It was extracted by the dimensions (03) Dimension 1: Orientation towards the future, Dimension 2: Life satisfaction, Dimension 3: Realizing hopes, aspirations and goals, Mohamed Ibrahim and others. (2015), we used to analyze the results of the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages, independent eye "T" test, Facrobach test to calculate the stability of internal consistency, Guthman's coefficient, Pearson's coefficient test to find out the relationship between variables, multiple analysis of variance test, and the results were: - The level of psychological conflict between unemployed university graduates in Ghardaia is high - The level of optimism among unemployed university graduates in Ghardaia is low - There is a very weak correlation between psychological conflict and optimism among the unemployed graduates of the university in Ghardaia - There are no statistically significant differences between male and female sample members in the psychological struggle and optimism among unemployed university graduates in the state of Ghardaia. There are no statistically significant differences between the sample members according to specialization in psychological conflict and optimism among graduates of Al-Batalin University in the state of Ghardaia. There are no statistically significant differences between the sample members according to the economic level in the psychological struggle of the unemployed graduates of the university in the state of Ghardaia. There are statistically significant differences between the sample members according to the economic level in the optimism of unemployed university graduates in the state of Ghardaia. - There are no statistically significant differences among the sample members in psychological conflict and optimism at the different educational levels of unemployed university graduates in the state of Ghardaia.
