    إدراك المساندة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالتوافق المهني لدى الممرضين (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من ممرضي مستشفى قضي بكير بولاية غرداية)

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين إدراك المساندة الاجتماعية والتوافق المهني لدى ممرضي مستشفى قضي بكير بولاية غرداية، والتي تم الاعتماد فيها على المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبيان من خلال تطبيق مقياس إدراك المساندة الاجتماعية الذي أعدته "سميرة عبد الله كردي" لسنة (2008) والمتكون من بعدين هما: بعد المساندة المقدمة من الأسرة، وبعد المساندة المقدمة من الأصدقاء موزعة على 44 بندا، ومقياس التوافق المهني المصمم من قبل "بدرية محمد يوسف الرواحية لسنة (2016)" وفق الأبعاد التالية: الأداء المهني التوافقي، الرضا عن طبيعة المهنة وبيئة العمل والإدارة، البعد الذاتي، البعد الاجتماعي، البعد الاقتصادي . موزعة على 59بندا على عينة قدرت ب80 ممرض وممرضة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:  مستوى إدراك المساندة الاجتماعية لدى ممرضي مستشفى قضي بكير بولاية غرداية متوسط.  مستوى التوافق المهني لدى ممرضي مستشفى قضي بكير بولاية غرداية متوسط .  لا توجد علاقة بين إدراك المساندة الاجتماعية و التوافق المهني لدى ممرضي مستشفى قضي بكير بولاية غرداية.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المساندة الاجتماعية لدى ممرضي مستشفى قضي بكير بولاية غرداية تبعا لمتغير الجنس.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إدراك المساندة الاجتماعية لدى ممرضي مستشفى قضي بكير بولاية غرداية تبعا لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق المهني لدى ممرضي مستشفى قضي بكير بولاية غرداية تبعا لمتغير الجنس.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق المهني لدى ممرضي مستشفى قضي بكير بولاية غرداية تبعا لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. This study aims to determine the relationship between the perception of social support and professional compatibility among nurses at Kadi Bakir Hospital in the state of Ghardaia. In which the descriptive، correlational approach was relied upon، and to achieve the objectives of the study، the questionnaire was used by applying the social support perception scale prepared by “Samira Abdullah Kurdi” for the year (2008)، which consists of two dimensions: After the support provided by the family، and after the support provided by friends، it is divided into 44 items، and the professional compatibility scale designed by “Badriya Muhammad Youssef Al-Rawahiyah for the year (2016)” according to the following dimensions: compatible professional performance، satisfaction with the nature of the profession، the work environment and management، the self-dimension، the social dimension، and the economic dimension. Theself dimension، the social dimension، and the economic dimension. Distributed into 59 items on a sample estimated at 80 male and female nurses. The study reached the following results: -The level of awareness of social support among nurses at Kadi Bakir Hospital in the state of Ghardaia is average. -The level of professional compatibility among nurses at Kadi Bekir Hospital in the state of Ghardaia is average. - There is a relationship between the perception of social support and professional compatibility among nurses at Kadi Bakir Hospital in the state of Ghardaia. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of social support among nurses at Kadi Bakir Hospital in the state of Ghardaia، according to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of perception of social support among nurses at Kadi Bakir Hospital in the state of Ghardaia، depending on the marital status variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of professional compatibility among nurses at Kadi Bakir Hospital in the state of Ghardaia، according to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of professional compatibility among nurses at Kadi Bakir Hospital in the state of Ghardaia، depending on the marital status variable.

    الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالتوافق المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي و المهني لولاية غرداية

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي والتوافق المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني ولاية "غرداية". ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي وتبني أداتين هما: مقياس الاحتراق النفسي لـكريستينا ماسلاش، (1996) المكون من 22 بندا، ومقياس التوافق المهني لـشموري كاميليا (2017) والمكون من24 بندا، تم تطبيقهما بعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية على مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده 89 مستشارا للتوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني. وبعد تحليل البيانات بـاستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS بينت الدراسة أن: - مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني مرتفع. - مستوى التوافق المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني مرتفع. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي والتوافق المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي تعزى لمتغير الطور التعليمي (متوسط، ثانوي). - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى التوافق المهني تعزى لمتغير الطور التعليمي (متوسط، ثانوي). كما نوقشت النتائج في علاقتها بإطارها النظري وفي ضوء الدراسات السابقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاحتراق النفسي، التوافق المهني، مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological burnout and professional adjustment among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors in the state of Ghardaia. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was adopted and two tools were adopted: the Burnout Scale by Christina Maslach (1996), which consists of 22 items, and the Professional Adjustment Scale according to Shamouri Camellia (2017), which consists of 24 items, they were applied after verifying their psychometric properties on the study population of 89 school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors. After analyzing the data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the study showed that: - The level of psychological burnout among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors is high. - The level of professional compatibility among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors is high. - There is a correlation between psychological burnout and professional compatibility among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological burnout due to the stage variable (secondary/intermediate). - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of professional compatibility due to the stage variable (secondary/intermediate). - The results were also discussed in relation to its theoretical framework and in light of previous studies.
