Item التفكير الإيجابي وعلاقته بجودة الحياة لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي -دراسة ميدانية ثانوية مفدي زكرياء غرداية-(جامعة غرداية, 2024) البتول, بنزياديتهدف الدراسة للتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين التفكير الإيجابي وجودة الحياة ومستوى كل متغير منهما لدى التلاميذ مرحلة الثانوي حيث تم استخدام مقياس التفكير الايجابي، ومقياس جودة الحياة على عينة الدراسة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين التفكير الإيجابي وجودة الحياة، كما أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع مستوى التفكير الإيجابي وارتفاع مستوى جودة الحياة لدى التلاميذ مرحلة الثانوي، وانطلاقا من ذلك خلصت الدراسة للتأكيد على أهمية بناء وتطبيق برامج ارشادية نمائية تدريبية لتعزيز مستوى التفكير الإيجابي وجودة الحياة لدى التلاميذ مرحلة الثانوي. The study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between positive thinking and quality of life and the level of each variable among secondary school students. The positive thinking scale and the quality-of-life scale were used on the study sample. The results of the study showed a positive correlation between positive thinking and quality of life. The results also showed a high level of positive thinking and a high level of quality of life among secondary school students. Based on this, the study concluded to emphasize the importance of building and implementing developmental guidance training programs to enhance the level of positive thinking and quality of life among secondary school students.Item الالتزام التنظيمي وعلاقته بجودة الحياة لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني بالمنيعة(جامعة غرداية, 2024) مروة, مزعاقهدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي وجودة الحياة لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني ،وكذا التعرف على الفروق باختلاف الاقدمية والجنس،والكشف عن العلاقة بين الالتزام التنظيمي وجودة الحياة،ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم تطبيق استبيانين تم التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية(الصدق والثباث) على عينة مكونة من 170 ممرض بمستشفى العقيد شعباني بالمنيعة ،وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي والوسائل الاحصائية الملائمة والحزمة الاحصائية المتكاملة (spss22.0) تم التوصل الى نتائج التالية: - مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني متوسط - مستوى جودة الحياة لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني متوسط - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الالتزام التنظيمي وجودة الحياة لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني - توجد فروق في مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور - لا توجد فروق في مستوى جودة الحياة لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني تعزى لمتغير الجنس - لاتوجد فروق في مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني تعزى لمتغير الاقدمية - لاتوجد فروق في مستوى جودة الحياة لدى ممرضي مستشفى العقيد شعباني تعزى لمتغير الاقدمية This study aimed to identify the level of organizational commitment and quality of life among Colonel Shabani Hospital nurses, as well as to identify differences according to seniority and gender, and to reveal the relationship between organizational commitment and quality of life. To achieve the goal of the study, two questionnaires were applied whose psychometric properties (validity and reliability) were confirmed on a sample of 170 nurses at Colonel Shabani Hospital in Al-Maneaa, using the descriptive approach, appropriate statistical methods, and the integrated statistical package (spss22.0), the following results were reached: - The level of organizational commitment among Colonel Shabani Hospital nurses is average - The level of quality of life among Colonel Shaabani Hospital nurses is average - There is a correlation between organizational commitment and quality of life among Colonel Shabani Hospital nurses - There are differences in the level of organizational commitment among Colonel Shabani Hospital nurses due to the gender variable in favor of males - There are no differences in the level of quality of life among Colonel Shabani Hospital nurses due to the variable gender. - There are no differences in the level of organizational commitment among Colonel Shabani Hospital nurses due to the variable of seniority - There are no differences in the level of quality of life among Colonel Shabani Hospital nurses due to the variable of seniority
