Item الأحكام المتعلقة بالمرأة في الحج(جامعة غرداية, 2018) حسيني, مريمتناولت هاته الدراسة موضوع الأحكام المتعلقة بالمرأة في الحج حيث تم في البداية الولوج بمطلب تمهيدي يتضمن ماهية الحج والرخصة ، حيث بعدها تطرقت الدراسة إلى المباحث التي تضمنت استطاعة المرأة للحج وأحكام المرأة في الإحرام يليه بعد ذلك أحكام المرأة في الإحرام والطواف ومضامين حكم المرأة في رمي الجمار ما جعل هاته الدراسة تتضمن كل الاحكام والتفاصيل والاجراءات والفروض الشرعية لاحكام الحج التي تعني وتخص المراة .This study dealt with the issue of provisions relating to women in Hajj, where initially a preliminary requirement was entered, including what is Hajj and the license The study then dealt with the investigators, who included the ability of women to make a pilgrimage and the provisions of women in Ihram, followed by the provisions of women in Al Ahram, Al-Raf and the contents of women's judgement in the throwing of jewels. This study included all the provisions, details, procedures and legitimate imposition of Hajj provisions, which meant and belonged to women.Item الوقف على الحج والزواج دراسة شرعية قانونية(جامعة غرداية, 2020) مسعود, بن عبد الهاديThis study aimed to shed light on the concept of endowment on Hajj and endowment on marriage, defining its types, pillars and conditions, as well comparing the endowment between Islamic law and Algerian law in general, and the endowment on Hajj and marriage in particular. The problem of the study presented is: What is the endowment on Hajj and marriage represented in the Islamic legislation and positive legal legislation? The study concluded that the endowment on marriage or Hajj is confinement of an eye or money that is given to a king who stands permanently, and giving his benefit to the poor or a form of goodness and righteousness, which is based on the marriage of the poor who want him (it falls among poor: the poor and orphans ...) Of those who are unable to bear his expenses, with the intention of forming a family based on affection, mercy and cooperation, and the immunization of spouses and the preservation of lineages, as well as those who wish to perform the Hajj. This studyevenit has aset of resultsof each issue addressed, but at the same time it shows the ability of islamic jurisprudence to provide solutions, and provisions for the new arrivals in fasting and pilgrimage, thatresponds to the reality and challenges of today on the one hand, and commensuratewith the capacitiesand conditions of the taxpayers and theircircumstances on the other hand.
